Pros:

Geweldige locatie in de stad; alles is op loopafstand. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en het hotel voelt alsof je thuis bent gekomen. Mooi achterdek waar je in de ochtend of avond kan zitten. Kamer was mooi opgezet en comfortabel. Heerlijke douche.

Beautiful property
Pros:

Liocation and free parking..atmosphere and quaint room with all amenities and facilities.

Cons:

Nothing that would of spoiled our stay but if you are not able to do stairs with luggage you might find it abit difficult.

An absolutely delightful and comfortable stay in a unique hotel.
Pros:

I loved the location and the boutique feel of this vintage property that is obviously loved and cared for.

Cons:

It is not great for anyone with mobility issues. Also, parking is at a premium tho they have worked out a system using on-street parking.

Sfeervol verblijf in een schoon klein hotel.
Pros:

De sfeer van het hotel en de omgeving (op korte loopafstand van het charmante centrum). En het was brandschoon. Daarnaast een zeer prettig buitenverblijf aan de achterzijde. Beste verblijf tot nu toe in Canada.

I loved the welcome we got and how friendly the staff were. They were extremely helpful and accomodating. The check in was completely hassle free and very easy to come and go without any friction. The room was clean and had enough space. The bed was super comfortable, it was quiet. The welcoming chocolates was a nice touch too.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything I didn't like and only gave it a less score than perfect on the facilities as a few more decafienated drink and Green Tea options would have been welcome but was fine, really. Maybe a few more coat hangers would be good as two peoples clothes could all be hung up but this is nitpicking.

Pros:

We stayed in the Sycamore 2 room and it was amazing! They thought of every possible amenity we might want. I really appreciated creamers in the fridge, robes, a cutting board, etc… We had a sun room attached to our room which we thoroughly enjoyed. The magnolia tree outside our porch was blooming! The location was fantastic. On the edge of the downtown core, with so many amazing restaurants and cute stores 1-5 blocks away. If the parking spots are full, the hotel plugs the meter for you until 11am. Can’t say enough great things about the location, the hotel, and the wonderful staff!

Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel. In a beautiful, restored old house in a great part of town. The room was so comfy and clean. We were able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful and kind. This hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed in. I want to come back. No breakfast, but you know that when you book and there are so many places to get breakfast in just a few minutes' walk.

Our second trip to the Cloudsde Hotel. We will be back next year.
Pros:

It is just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Excellent coffee shop on the corner from the hotel.

Cons:

It would be nice to have better handrails from the upper apartment.

It was a lovely stay!
Pros:

Location and quality of the bed for sleeping was great. Facility and rooms are charmingly appointed and very comfortable. The host upon arrival also was helpful and accessible.

Our stay was a super pleasant comfortable treat!
Pros:

We were in the Willow suite. My adult son joined us and used the pull out in the living room, which he said was very comfortable. The property is very nicely restored and well equipped . It is comfortable, has good linens, comfortable beds, is very clean and has unique little articles of decor without being cluttered. The best feature was the little sunroom at the front which appears to have been converted from a veranda. We were able to enter and exit through this entry rather than go through the lobby. On exit, there is a nice deck with outdoor furniture, where we had our self provided happy hour one day and breakfast the next.

Cons:

Only one minor thing... the location of the (very adequate) bathroom requires whoever is occupying the pullout bed to go through the master bedroom. However, this wouldn't stop me from booking this suite again.
