A pleasant stay in a great location, with friendly staff
Pros:

Kata Beachwalk Hotel and Bungalows has an excellent location for exploring Kata Beach. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and free beach towels were provided, which was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only downside was the steep uphill access to the hotel, which can be challenging for someone.

Pros:

This guesthouse offers excellent value for money. It’s affordable with a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach. The decor isn’t brand new, but the room is clean, tidy and fully equipped with all necessities.
I especially love the Dyson hair dryer! It has powerful airflow. I can never dry my hair thoroughly with regular hair dryers back in China.
The host is really nice. I extended my stay for four days without booking online, and the owner gave me a better discount.
The place feels safe as well. Only a 5-minute stroll from the beach to my room. I would absolutely stay here again next time.
My only regret is that I couldn’t book a sea-view room — they’ve been fully booked for two weeks already.

I Recommend this Hotel
Pros:

Really nice place, the location is great for a few nights and it’s very close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When I came the water in the shower couldn’t be heated, I talked to the manager and it was fixed right away.

Cons:

The shower design was bit uncomfortable, but it wasn’t a big problem for me.

Very welcoming, and relaxing.
Pros:

The room was very nice and spacious. Also, had a free upgrade to a balcony room.

Cons:

Our shower head was very loose so wouldn’t hold in place. Therefore, we had to take it out and hold it.
