Hello, loved the location and how spacious the room was and cleanliness.

Cons:

The guest services dest gentleman was very nice and helpful. However, the general manager or owner was not at ALL friendly. My mother came to town and needed to use my room to jist change before I checked out. Literally 15 min. ( i had also paid for 2 ppl but my boyfriend could not make it to Oaxaca with me) and shexdid notcallpw that at all. My mom is a 65 year old lady and she was NOT gonna stay!!! This place has a huge problem with evaluating a situation and doing whats good for your guests. I will Never stay here again and its a shame because the location was perfect.

La comida del restaurante.
Servicio de limpieza.

La atención del personal muy lenta y mala.
La comida muy rica pero la atención muy lenta en el restaurante.
La habitación muy sencilla y en el baño tenía un problema de que la cortina de la ducha no llegaba al piso, por lo que se salía el agua y se inundaba todo.
Pedían dejar la llave al salir del hotel, esto me pareció extraño y me hizo sentir insegura

Pros:

Perfect location - close to everything but not too busy. Beautiful view from the restaurant

Cons:

Our suite was close to the restaurant so there were lights and music until late each night, but it was the holidays and I didn't really have high expectations. Not enough towels - but I like to have extra for my hair or if I want to shower before dinner etc. It would be nice to have bigger floor mats for the bathroom. .
