El personal del hotel es muy amable, muy educado y en todo momento atento a los huéspedes. También las señoras de limpieza eran muy amables y simpáticas y la habitación estaba muy limpia. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro

Location is great especially for walking and browsing around Shinjuku. Room was ok. Nice staff.

Cons:

Small room, small and outdated bathroom. The location is great but if you want to use the subway, you'll need to walk a while (cca 10 min).
