Pros:

The first impression was the service even before I arrived.I made a mistake of the date when I booked ,I called and they updated it for me without charging me .The staff were efficient and attentive .the receptionists ,waiters ,and cleaners.
I would rate the service 5 Stars . Hafid was exceptional and professional and very friendly.

All of the staff were willing to help me every time I asked for assistance.

I am a solo traveler and the location was very safe even at night ,and the hotel is quite central you can reach Medina and Hassan tower by walk.There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery shops near the hotel.
The room was spotless and the bed and pillows were soft.Breakfast was good as well.

I was staying only for one night and I extended already for 2 more nights and I might extend.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I really enjoyed staying at Malak Hotel and I will definitely come back.

الذي لم يعجبني بالرغم من ترددي المستمر في هذا الفندق معرفتهم لي كزيون عند عملية الخروج لم يساعدني اي شخص في حمل الحقائب الثقيلة.. سوف اعطي عذرا لانشغالهم ولكن هذا لم يعجبني ع الإطلاق
