Overall everything was beautiful from location to comfy beds

Cons:

One of the staff member was rude and unprofessional he needs to be trained, elevators are extremely busy due to tourist season I totally understand

Great location, horrible elevators

The location was amazing. We were able to walk everywhere

The elevators were horrible. One elevator was not working. There were lines in the lobby just to get on the elevators.
