Nice hotel. Clean modern. Friendly staff
Location was close to everything but right across from the port authority. Great access to all
Subways but felt very dirty and was noisy at street level.
The location is the highlight.
Front desk always crowded, elevator always packed and several times had to wait 3 or 4 trips to be able to get in, room was really small.
Not much. Dirty and the air didn’t work. Roderick was the only employee who helped me out to get a room with air conditioning that worked.

The room didn't get cleaned before 15:30 - 16:00. One day it didn't get cleaned at all. And the cleaning was very "superficial".
I was located in front of the ice machine which was VERY noisy most of the time.

The location was perfect. I was in town for New York Fashion Week, and the hotel was conveniently located near all of the event venues. It was also close to many local attractions, making it easy to explore the area between events.
I was disappointed that the room did not include a refrigerator or microwave. I've stayed at this hotel several times before, and those amenities were available during past visits. Their absence made my stay less convenient and was an unexpected change
