Pros:

The service of the staff, during this time it was not as usual and were delays because there were more guests this time at the hotel.

Cons:

There was a celebration for Indian festival at the hotel ballroom and the music and base was very loud until 3:00 am !!!!!! and it was not comfortable at all this time.

Comfortabel en vriendelijk
Pros:

Gastvrij, fijne kamers. De lounge was echt fijn om wat te eten en drinken. We waren er verder kort, dus geen gevoel bij andere faciliteiten.
Ontbijt was fantastisch en fijne parkeerplaats in schaduw

Excellent stay for a week
Pros:

Excellent Service from Mr. Saleh and Mr. Khalid. Restaurants were very good and so were kind enough to assist me with my diet..

Cons:

The room air conditioning was not strong enough on the 14th level and the beds were a tad bit uncomfortable. The pillows also were not too comfortable.

So so, just room was only not clean
Pros:

Staff was gud, Irhsad, Abdullah and rashed was gud

Cons:

It seams that room was closed for a long time , when we entered in the room there was smell of dust and l layer of dust was on the bedside table

Pros:

Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Rooms were not clean, many things, especially toilets needs replacements let it be tiles, bath tubs, bath curtains etc.

Inside rooms carpets dirty, sofas, pillow given was 100inch thick etc.
