Pros:

Great food and breakfast. The staff were very polite and courteous all the time. The Moroccan sever, Agnes, Talal and Tharindu as well as other staff were great and accommodating and welcoming. Made me feel at home! Thank you Sheraton Ruwi.

Cons:

There was no shower cabin. Only bathtub.
There must be a shower cabin considering senior citizens may have issues jumping on and off the bathtub. Not a problem for me but if I visit Muscat with my parents, I will discard Sheraton for this reason.
