北歐多數的飯店沒有冷氣，可以理解。但他的電風扇蠻小蠻弱的，然後房間沒有電話可以聯絡櫃檯人員，房內也沒有保險箱。

Will never stay here again and will advise others not to. Very disappointed at how user friendly!

Tow major issues. 1) NO PLACE TO PUT CLOTHES AWAY!!!!!! Too sleek and modern for its own good. We stayed for 3 nights and had planned to unpack our suitcases, but for a VERY small hanging area, there was no place to put anything. I left my suitcase oo the floor and it became my chest of drawers! 2)Location was actually too far away from the pier, the Bryggen area, the funicular, and the restaurants we frequented all on the water. We selected it becuase other guests had praised the location but we were very non-plussed. Luckily, we like to walk and the weather was good, so it was not a problem, but for older people or others who don't like to walk, it could be an issue

Fint hotel med god restaurant
Pros:

Ganske fint værelse. Vi parkerede i Bygaragen, ca 5 minutter at gå fra hotellet. Hyggelig barområde ved receptionen. God morgenmad - mange folk men alligevel muligt at finde plads og hente mad. Spiste også aftensmad, som var dagens fisk - smagte meget godt, - et hyggelig måltid med venlig betjening.

Cons:

Det tager ca 10 minutter at gå til Torvalmenningen, og lidt længere til Torvet og Bryggen.

Pros:

Sentralt og enkelt og fint hotell med hotellrom med alt ein treng for ei overnatting. Rommet er også veldig greit med hyller og benk god til å sette fra seg klede mm på. Kjøpte fantastisk god middag om kvelden. Også nydelig frukost. Var mykje folk i restauranten, men med god serviceminded personale gjekk det greit unna.
