Great location, lovely staff, comfortable & clean rooms. Oh, and FREE parking!
Pros:

The hotel was in a lovely location with a great view of the bay. It's a short drive or slightly longer stroll into town. The staff as amazing, the rooms were comfortable and clean. and surprisingly the lobby bar is open 24/7, funky touch! No complaints, and highly recommend.

Cons:

I found the room rates a bit steep, but I assume this is my own fault for booking late. There was a small malfunction in the room but the team rectified this immediately upon us pointing it out. No other complaints!

Beautiful view, bad staff, very very expensive for what it is, not worth it

The staff is so rude and that for what you are paying its not fair. We got back to the hoyel at 9:05pm the kitchen stops serving at 9 and eventhough we were staying there they told us no more food and they were very rude, plus they add the service and tips in the bill? the price is definitely not worth it. If someone I know is going I wouldn’t recommend it at all maybe just for drinks Hate it very bad hotel experience

Well located with great food.
Pros:

Very convenient location in the heart of Skye. Near the local town and on the lake. Food was excellent quality and sizeable portions.

Cons:

We drove from Inverness to Edinburgh and noted that generally hotel prices are 20-40% more expensive than the equivalent quality in the UK.

Pros:

The room was lovely. I especially liked the massive bed. The room had what we needed for 1 night. The breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The price. It was a lovely hotel but not value for money! It was ridiculously expensive 😅

Very good 4* hotel but overpriced.
Pros:

We had a very nicerloom and excellent breakfast. The staff was ready to help and when we left a paoir opf glasses behind, they found them and notified us.

Cons:

The price for a night's stay, which seems tl be common for Isle of Skye hostelries

As advertised, great experience, value diminished and won’t be using Booking.com again.
Pros:

The food and service was outstanding. The hotel property and view of the harbor was breathtaking.

Cons:

I discovered that Booking.com added over 200 pounds to the price (by accident I went to hotel website directly) but was too late as I had already booked it. This diminished the value quite a bit as it’s a great place to stay, but not what I paid for it.

Pros:

Great location, bed was very comfortable.

Had no hot water at midnight, and the staff fixed the issue within the hour. Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve interacted with anywhere in the world.
