Good location. A bit away from the busy shopping district so it's quite but easy to get Gra
bcar. Breakfast was good with variety and different menu everyday. Mini bar in the room was really a bonus - adds value to our stay. Asrul and Asri (Front Office) were really friendly, kind and helpful. Kudos to them.
Female front office staff that was not being hospitable and unkind. She saw us carrying lots of luggage yet she did not even bother to help or at least find the courtesy to open the lobby door entrance. We find that disappointing
indeed.

Water flow in shower is too slow
When we arrived at our room, it was obvious that it had not been used for quite some time. The room was extremely hot, stuffy, and poorly ventilated. Normally, the air conditioning should be turned on at least an hour before guests arrive so that the room is cool and comfortable upon check-in. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
In addition, none of the hotel corridors had air conditioning or even adequate ventilation. Every time we stepped out of our room into the hallway, it felt unbearably hot and uncomfortable.
I had specifically requested a room that was not facing the street. However, I was given a street-facing room instead. The traffic noise was constant throughout the night, making it very difficult for me to sleep. Moreover, the view was disappointing, as it overlooked an old, worn-down building rather than offering a pleasant outlook.
The bathroom also appeared not to have been cleaned thoroughly. There was visible limescale and mineral buildup on the bathroom fixtures, which gave the impression that the bathroom had not been properly maintained.
Another issue was the size and layout of the room’s bathroom. We had booked a triple room, but the bathroom was extremely small and poorly designed. When you opened the bathroom door, there was not enough space to enter. You first had to squeeze into a corner and close the door before you could move further inside. The shower area was equally cramped. Because the bathroom was so small and there was visible limescale and poor cleanliness, we chose not to use the shower at all.
The check-in experience was also disappointing. Instead of being welcomed with a friendly greeting, a cool room, or even a complimentary bottle of water after our journey, we were kept waiting for nearly 20 minutes while the reception staff insisted that we had to pay a RM50 cash security deposit. There was no mention of this deposit anywhere on Booking.com. Eventually, after I explained that this requirement had not been disclosed.

Dear Hotel Management,
I would like to extend my gratitude to Asri and Asrul for helping out my elderly husband who stayed there alone while I had to take care my hospitalised Mom. They had helped with carrying things up to the room. They even extended their help by booking grab for him to go to the mosque for Friday prayer and back to the hotel. Such good hearted staffs of yours should be praised and recognised. May Allah reward the triple A with jannah.
No in-house food service, no choice of halal restaurant within walking distance but grab/panda food are easily available.

Expensive room with the amount I have paid. Small and no window. The price I have paid was equivalent to some 3 o 4 star hotels
