Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

Staff meeting outside the room from 7 am. The corridor and room smelled terrible. Mattress covered in a plastic bag. Cockroaches on the floor in the morning. Cigarette burns all over the furniture. Was cheap but obviously cheap for a reason
