Le personnel a l’accueil était très sympathique

Cons:

Le sol de ma chambre n’était pas propre. Manque de personnel, donc retard dans le nettoyage. Et peut-être un manque de compétences de certaines femmes de ménage.
Pas de climatisation, juste un ventilateur.

Lovely staff, good location.

Cons:

First and foremost no AC. Only one out of two Windows bale to slightly crack open. Imagine your best sleep. Now reverse that. Further: No real door to separate the bathroom, no dimmer lights (when one person needs to use the bathroom it is good morning to everyone). There is no secondary eco-flush on the toilet, only max flush with max noise, again with no real door separating to the rest of the room.

En fait rien, mis à part son emplacement

Cons:

Alors, des fourmis dans la chambre (4eme étage quand même au centre ville, faut le faire) chambre bien trop chaude, pas de Clim, un ventilateur très poussiéreux. Pas d‘eau chaude, même tiède est inexistant que de l‘eau glacé. Petit déjeuner impossible de prendre car la salle manger était bien trop chaude, pas de fenêtre ouverte pour aérer ou mettre un peu de fraîcheur…
Le pire je pense est la réaction du personnel lorsque j‘ai tenté de discuter à propos de ces problèmes, ils m‘ont confirmé qu‘ils sont au courants mais qu‘ils ne peuvent rien faire. Je n‘ai du coup pas pu prendre mon petit déjeuner et malgré tout ces problèmes aucune entrée en matière pour au moins la ristourne du petit déjeuner non consommé.
Franchement un des PIRES établissement que j‘ai fréquenté.

Bra läge nära buss och gångavstånd till city och strandpromenaden.

Cons:

Inte värt fyra stjärnor. Slitet rum. Ingen AC när det är 35 grader ute. Inget kylskåp el minibar. Kontinental frukost utan amerikano kaffe. Lyhört från gatan med trafik.

Très déçue par le niveau de confort et des prestations, ne correspond pas du tout à un hôtel de 4*

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent et le personnel était très gentil et accueillant. Le lit était également confortable. Les produits proposés dans la salle de bain, une marque suisse, très apprécié.

Cons:

Pour un hôtel annoncé comme un 4 étoiles, j'ai été très déçue par le manque de prestations et de propreté, sans parler des finitions.
Il n'y a pas de climatisation malgré la chaleur caniculaire, seulement un ventilateur très poussiérieux et bruyant. La chambre manquait de soin, avec beaucoup de poussières, des finitions médiocres, pas de mini-frigo. Une salle de bain peut pratique avec une fenêtre coulissante en verre et qui laissait passer toute la lumière de la salle douche équipée d'une fenêtre (bien) sans store. De ce fait, sauf s'il n'y a pas d'autres hôtels disponibles, je ne recommande malheureusement pas.

Room was not clean. No air conditioning on what was a very warm night.
No mini-fridge.
Mediocre breakfast.
Definitely not a four star hotel and certainly not value for money.
I have been on holiday for one month stopping at various locations during that time. This was definitely the worst hotel I have stayed in during this period, by some considerable distance.
Definitely would not recommend
