will never stay there again and not recommend to anyone though location was really handy

Cons:

Stayed in 105 .room was extremely small, no side table on one side-to get to that side of the bed which was near the window -hurt myself several times on the writing desk arranged next to it-there was such less space to squeeze through ,there were no proper glasses or cups,only paper cups,reception number was incorrectly written on the phone -it should have been 4747 ,wifi was extremely poor

Solid hotel for a short Lucerne stay
Pros:

Staff was excellent and supremely helpful. Location was absolutely stellar. Room was clean and nice.

Cons:

Price. The facilities didn't seem to be up to the standard of the cost. While room was clean, the hotel itself felt dirty and unkempt in certain areas.

Gute Lage, bemühtes Personal.

Cons:

Großes Hotel mit nur einem kleinen Aufzug, wenn die Asiatischen Horden das Frühstücksbuffet zusammengefressen haben, wurde nur zögerlich und zum Teil auch gar nichts mehr frisch nachgelegt.

Pros:

Great receptionist and very helpful.

Cons:

There was no wifi and the reception was very slow.
There was no AC.
Booking.com stated there was lake and city views and we had none.
Very expensive for what was on offer.
Pictures were quite catfished.

Good value option for Lucerne stay
Pros:

Great value option in Lucern. 10 min to the train station, room was comfortable (I appreciated the upgrade) and absolutely fine for a short stay. The rooms have been updated and the coffee machine in room was great. A good choice when value matters and I didn't visit Lucerne to sit in my room.

Cons:

It looked a bit rundown from the outside and the location was at the edge of where you want to stay, not in the heart but it was easy to walk to old town still.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage, fußläufig ins Zentrum und zum Wasserturm gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und beengt. Die Dusche war nicht ganz funktionstüchtig, selbst nachdem wir dies gemeldet hatten, wurde es leider nicht repariert.

Ok aber nicht unbedingt wieder
Cons:

Kleiner aufzug für alle essen! Sehr lange Wartezeiten!!!
Will man eine Karte für ermäßigten parken im sauteuren Parkhaus haben muss man diese vor Einfahrt holen! Nur kann mangar nirgends anhalten!!! Sehr schade!
