Great stay..
Pros:

2nd time staying here for a trip to Wembley. The staff are lovely and very hardworking. The room was spotlessly clean.

The only snag was a broken blind in the bedroom.

Over and above
Pros:

We had stayed here once before and found it clean, comfortable and friendly. On this occasion, everything was over and above our expectations. It was our silver wedding anniversary on the day we arrived and our welcome was lovely. We were pleased to enjoy the same room as we'd had before, which we'd asked for, but didn't expect. KD deserves particular mention - his attention and kindness was infectious. Thank you - it was a memorable stay.

Pros:

The location is really close to Brent Cross shopping centre, the room was clean and tidy and came with good toiletries & a good selection of tea hot chocolate & coffee +biscuits in the room. Bed was lovely & comfy & we had cocktails brought to our room which was great

Cons:

Nothing we did not like apart from the TV could have been a bit bigger
