Ich kann nur sagen, dass die Ausschreibung des Hotels angepasst werden müssen.
Pros:

Eigentlich gar nichts.

Cons:

Es gab kein Frühstück, nicht einmal eine Möglichkeit einen Kaffee zu Trinken. Das Zimmer war zur Strasse, deshalb fast die ganze Nacht sehr laut. Die ganze Nacht bei geschlossenem Fenster Schlafen war sehr schlecht, da es im Zimmer sehr warm war. Gemäss Beschrieb müsste ein Wasserkocher und eine Bügelvorrichtung vorhanden sein. Nichts war da. Das Restaurant war erst an unserem Heimreisetag offen. Gemäss Aussage des dortigen Personals seien die Wasserkocher nur nach Zahlung eines Depos von Fr. 30.00 zu haben, da die immer gestohlen wurden. Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht gemacht. Also man kommt sich Betrogen vor,

La posizione comoda per spostamenti e la tranquillità

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia 3 notti in 3 camere allo stesso piano(livello strada)per un matrimonio. All'arrivo non c'era nessuno alla reception e il check-in è stato fatto in autonomia con codice inviato per mail ma complicato. Abbiamo pagato 15 franchi al giorno,per camera per il parcheggio,mai disponibili i posti riservati all'albergo,dovendo parcheggiare l'auto altrove e rischiando la multa con rimozione forzata.(800 franchi di multa). Abbiamo tentato più volte la comunicazione con la referente che si è dimostrata sempre maleducata,rispondendo che non aveva tempo perché era sempre al telefono. In 3 giorni non è mai stata effettuata la pulizia della camera né lo svuotamento del cestino. Camere a livello strada,di cui una senza finestre ma con una porta che accedeva direttamente in strada. Ciò non consentiva l'apertura delle finestre e porta in quanto qualcuno poteva entrare in stanza. Frigo non funzionante e mancanza di servizi elencati sul sito come bollitore,distributore di cibi automatico,ecc. Al penultimo giorno è arrivato un messaggio che mi cambiavano la stanza con un'altra,senza preavviso,ma io avevo prenotato la stessa per 3 notti senza variazioni. Ho dovuto tornare all'albergo in quanto ero a visitare la città, per verificare il cambiamento. Ho chiesto spiegazioni sempre alla referente e sempre scortesemente mi ha risposto che non aveva tempo e ci ha chiuso la porta in faccia. Sicuramente non tornerò più li e non lo consigliero' a nessuno.

Hallo und zwar hatte ich das zimmer 303.

Das zimmer musste ich nach 1:30minuten verlassen.

Erstens: im zimmer war ein geruch von zigaretten also von rauchen.

Zweitens: Im zimmer hatte es gewisse spinnen und fliegen.

Also so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt, das ich nach 1:30min das zimmer verlassen muss grund wegem starken zigaretten geruch.

Tranquillità del luogo e posizione

Cons:

Mancanza di comunicazione con il referente.
Nonostante avessi pagato il parcheggio non ho trovato posti liberi,dovendo parcheggiare l'auto altrove,rischiando la multa con rimozione forzata.
Pulizia camera non effettuata.
Camera a livello strada senza la possibilità di aprire le finestre in quanto qualcuno poteva entrare nella stanza .
