Fabulous cave stay
Pros:

Amazing location, can see the balloons really close from the rooftop. Also a prime location for many different activities. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved the cocktails by the pool! The pool is quite small but it's fine as it doesn't get particularly busy. There are many cute spots to sit and admire the views. The room itself was fabulous. Really enjoyed making use of the hammam and the hot tub. The cave style was intriguing and there was plenty of space. The hotel dog and the many cats are a bonus!

Cons:

Did have a couple issues with the electrics in the room but was resolved.

Great value for money
Pros:

Really good value for money, we stayed in a deluxe room and it was quite large! The courtyard was really pretty, and it’s about a 2-3 minute walk down the road into the main part of town with restaurants etc etc.

This was a Beautiful, relaxing, and amazing experience especially watching at sunrise the balloons.
Pros:

The property was in a very good location very close to the centre, it was clean with pretty plants at different levels, it has great roof space at different levels to enjoy the sunset, sunrises. Roof top pool and bar with great views over the local area.

Cons:

I was happy with the property but i could see how it maybe challenging for others with mobility issues. As there are stairs to all the levels no lifts. Although there are bedrooms on the ground floor.

Lovely host, incredibly helpful and friendly.
The rooms immerse you in the charm of the Göreme region. The balconies and rooftop are perfect to watch the hot air balloons in the morning.

À voir et à vivre une fois dans sa vie! Complètement fou!
Pros:

accueil, dépaysant, fleurs, propreté, bien situé, charmant et le personne était accommodant

Cons:

Le déjeuner était plus ou moins bon, peu de fruits frais et pas très varié comme buffet mais nous étions juste un peu avant la haute saison touristique. Pas de café sauf de l'instant alors aussi bien dire pas de café du tout. Les chambres ne sont pas assez éclairées, on se sent un peu enfermée je suis contente de l'avoir essayé mais 2 nuits c'était assez
