The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. It was convenient for both sightseeing and relaxing, with everything we needed close by.
The pool facilities were good and provided a great place to unwind. The area was clean, with enough space for up to 9 guests to use the bed lounges and 14 seats under shade near the pool bar.
Great Breakfast was also provided for our stay. There was a good variety of fresh options available each morning, and everything was well presented and tasty. It was a great way to start the day and added to the overall positive experience.

The property had significant potential to be improved with some relatively inexpensive upgrades and better maintenance. For example, the stand-up fan provided in our room had been taped to hold the button down in order for it to operate. It was extremely noisy, which affected our sleep, and it did not cool the room adequately.
The overall facilities appeared run down, with discarded furniture and items, such as an old door, left in plain sight rather than being properly removed or disposed of. We also reported an issue with our satellite TV to reception on three occasions. Unfortunately, the issue was not followed up, and we had to repeatedly chase reception for an update.
Overall, the property has potential, but greater attention to maintenance, presentation and follow-through on guest requests would significantly improve the experience

Petit bémol sur la literie avec un simple drap posé sur le matelas et l’odeur des canalisations qui ne quitte pas la salle de bain mais cela est dû aux caves.
The property is in a good location and the staff are really friendly and thats honestly about it. Everything is seriously disappointing
To begin with the propertys photos are misleading. We arrived. To a room that had pretty much all broken furniture, broken toilet & a shower that completely leaked. Being very patient people i am able to put up with alot but it was one thing after another with this property.
Our toilet stunk of sewarage. Our door wouldnt lock. The wifi completely wasnt working which caused so many headaches. The pool was really dirty. They said ‘included breakfast’ and at breakfast service they ran out of eggs and wouldn’t top them up. Basically everything was either poor at this property or mis leading. I would actually like a refund. My stay was absolutely horrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
The staff are the best. We felt so welcome. No stress, good vibes and smile only :)
It's good to keep in mind that sleeping in a cave means high humidity (towels and wet clothes won't dry inside, bed linen is damp) and low brightness. But we should have thought about it before, it's understandable.
