Pros:

We loved our stay here. Amazing bedrooms in the caves, clean facilities and helpful staff. Staff booked us airport transfers and did our washing for 15€. The pool & bar area was also lovely. I would highly recommend.

Muy bien ubicado

Cons:

Nuestro cuarto tenía goteras en el techo. Además el colchón estaba vencido. La ducha no estaba limpia y tenía olor.

Reservamos el globo con anticipación con el hotel, y la noche antes nos avisan de que como había subido el precio nos cambiaron para otro día, con lo cual no pudimos realizar el vuelo, ni reagendar otro porque no quedaban cupos. Además nosotros desde el día anterior le preguntamos para que nos avise el horario de recogida y no nos respondieron ni comentaron lo del cambio con antelación. Debido a esto tuvimos q extender los días en goreme y aún así no pudimos hacer el globo, haciéndonos perder dinero y tiempo.

La vista desde la habitación era magnífica, la terraza es espectacular. El personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

La cama no era demasiado cómoda. La habitación tenía un par de goteras, pero afortunadamente las goteras no estaban sobre la cama así que no nos generaron problemas. Los precios de las experiencias son muy altos si los comparas con los que consigues si contratas en el pueblo.

Very cute property with great views of Goreme. Rooms were heated, clean and maintained well. Loved the jacuzzi and Hammam style bathrooms.
