Osittain onnistunut, respassa ihanat ihmiset.

Hovimestari huomioi vain ruotsalaiset asiakkaat aamiaisella. Heille esitteli kaikki aamiaisella. Meille hymytön käsimerkki että eteenpäin. Tuli alemmuuden tunne.

Fint hotell, återkommer gärna.
Pros:

Vi reste med 3 ungdomar. Perfekt med äventyrsbadet alldeles bredvid.
Fina rum (superior lake wiew) med Connecticuts dörr mellan rummen.

Cons:

Den Asiatiska restaurangen på 18 våningen var ingenting för oss/våra barn (13,14,15 år), trots att alla gillar asiatisk mat.
För starka rätter och man visste inte hur stora rätterna var när man beställde.
Dessutom väldigt obekväm soffa vi fick som vår sittplats. För hög, för mjuk och ingen utsikt trots 18 våningen.
En drink där före maten som man förslagsvis äter i någon annan av hotellets restauranger skulle jag rekommendera.

MorgonSPA på hotell med karaktär
Pros:

Mycket härligt hotell. Använde SPAt på morgonen strax efter 08. Vi var endast några få i hela anläggningen. Underbart. Sängen var fantastisk. Rummet som helhet mycket bra. Välstädat. Trevlig personal, hjälpsamma. God frukost i vacker miljö. Ta en promenad längs hamnkajerna till restaurang Kajplats 9. Fint!

Cons:

Läslampa med bra ljus fanns inte vid sängen.

Fantastiskt sköna sängar och svalt och mörka gardiner gjorde det till en toppen skön natt.
Pros:

Jättegod frukost med det där lilla extra att personalen gick runt och bjöd på nybakad pain choklad och kaffe .

Cons:

Finns inget men borde byta ut strykjärn och bräda mot steamer på rummet .

Pros:

الفندق جيد وجميل وذو اطلالات جميلة وفية مختلف نشاطات فنية ورياضية ويعتبر منتجع للراحة اكثر ماهو فندق عادي ومجاور الى اكبر مدينة مائية مغلقة

Cons:

عدم التزام موضف الاستقبال بوضع الجل الخاص بالانسولين في البراد لتجميده مما ادى الى تلف العلاج لكون عندي سفر طويل

God beliggenhet og flott hotell.

Cons:

Mye støy på 17. etasje (musikk) til 01.00 på natta. Fikk nytt rom. God service.

Great experience!
Pros:

I chose it because it looked interesting and it more than met my expectations. The staff is very friendly. I speak no Swedish and every single person from the front desk people to the bartenders were so kind and helpful. The atmosphere is wild tp say the least. It’s one of the most interesting hotels I have ever been to in all the world.

Sehr interessantes und sehenswertes Hotel, allerdings nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Hotel ist etwas ab vom Schuss, Västeras ist nicht sehenswert. Daher ist eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Das Hotel ist sehr außergewöhnlich und interessant, sich anzusehen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Restaurants waren sehr gut, vor allem die Qualität des Essens. Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl, aber aufgrund der Größe des Hotels war es kein entspanntes Frühstücken aufgrund der Masse an Menschen.

Cons:

Die Flure waren sehr dunkel, und im Zimmer konnte man keine Fenster öffnen.
