Our stay was so disappointing!
Pros:

I liked that it was close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The rooms were disgusting! The floors were dirty, hard and smelled. The walls had holes and stains. The beds were dirty with other people’s hair in it and sheets were stained. The ceiling had a huge spot hanging, that looked like it was going to cave in. The pool was not clean but opened. We got out of there quick!

2. Breakfast, the 3days I stayed I had to ask by 730 am if anyone was going to refill eggs or waffle mix
3. I had to request housekeeping and still no one showed up
4. Customer Service there they never knew nothing no information nothing
5. I booked 2 rooms and I had to share my room with the other party and have my kids sleep on the floor because they we full capacity

NEVER AGAIN STAYING THERE after wanting to have a restful weekend we ended up with a very unrestful

The breakfast was okay but the facility in general was very filthy. When I went for hand sanitizer there was none.

Cons:

The cleanness could have been better. Our room was filthy I can tell they hadn't vacuumed theres was a cockroach in the corner of the room. Hairs on the floor. Chips in the backboard. The bottom boxspring was dirty and had a cigarette stain on it. The restroom floor also had dust and hairs. The elevators floors were sticky. The pool a lot little trash and hairs floating. Room 201 was gross! and our TV never worked.

I will not be staying here again!
Pros:

That it was close to the Alamodome which made it easier to get to our concert

Cons:

Not very clean and there was a roach in our room. When we told staff they just told us that there would probably be no more roaches. Also half of the floor was wet from the ac unit leaking

The room was dirty on check in and not clean for the entirety of our stay , there were some ones personal items left in the room, the bathroom floor came up black when I cleaned it , I fixed the sink. The shower smells of mold, and I had to stand on a towel to shower, and the peep holes had toilet paper crammed in them. It has a very upper crack side of twin feeling to it and I hated it
