Schlechtes Management
Cons:

Mir wurde etwa 10 min vor meiner Anreise das Zimmer aufgrund angeblicher Überbuchung storniert. Ich habe zwar eine Alternative zugewiesen bekommen, aber die Art und Weise, wie auch das Personal diese Situation als hanz normal bezeichnete ist absolut unprofessionell. Der Mitarbeiter der Reservierungsabteilung war auch noch so dreist, mir am Telefon zu sagen, dass man darauf hoffe, das Gäste ihre Buchung zurückziehen. D.h im Umkehrschluss, dass Hotel verkauft wissentlich mehr Kontingente, als es tatsächlich zur Verfügung hat.

Excellent. Not too much choice which is a relief! But what there was was good the dinner was memorable and served by the barman immaculately. How did he do it all?

Insgesamt OK, beim nächsten Mal unbedingt ein Zimmer zur Rückseite mit größerem Bad.
Pros:

Lage für unsere Zwecke gut. Wir haben den letzten Parkplatz ergattert. Personal im Restaurant sehr freundlich. Essen außergewöhnlich gut, etwas hochpreisig. Ambiente und Aussicht top.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße. Da das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat und es im Zimmer sehr warm war, mussten wir die Fenster öffnen und dann war es durch den Straßenlärm sehr laut. Das Bad war super klein. Das Waschbecken stand unmittelbar vor der Toilette, so dass man sich nicht gerade draufsetzen konnte. Die auf Booking eingestellten Fotos der Zimmer sahen deutlich lichter und freundlicher aus.
