It was a decent stay a little over priced for the the minor issues that occurred for us
Pros:

I like that the pool was clean I liked the food was fresh .

Cons:

I didn’t know I had to pay for parking also I didn’t know I had to pay for breakfast when most hotels offer free breakfast .our room didn’t have a black piece to use the key card we where locked out of our room . The jacuzzi bubbles weren’t working. The bathroom for the pool was locked I had to call from the pool to have someone open it for us my son needed the bathroom.

Even the cheapest motel can offer free parking, this Holliday Inn can not
Cons:

You had to pay for parking lot daily $15/day. This is the first time in my life that I have to pay for it and I had worked as a full time floater and had to stay in hotels/motels at least 4 -5 days weekly.

Overall was good the door keys I can understand, but the restroom lights both me and out. I don’t understand this should

The property was clean and the location was convenient.

Cons:

I checked in. I received two keys went to my room. The door would not open and go back downstairs to the lobby. There were somebody in front of me so I had to wait to get my key cards , I go back to my room and the restroom lights are burnt out. How was this missed when the room was cleaned? I was only staying for one night so I left the restroom door open to get lighting from the hallway. .

Overall, the stay was good as expected.
Pros:

I love the features included in the package. The pool, the fiteness center, and the rooftop lounge are amazing attraction to customers. I would recommend the staff friendliness and willing to help.

Cons:

The staff attention to details when checking in or checking out. The checking out procedure could also be improved by having the overall billing receipt of some sort BEFORE charging my bank account. This helps with any concerns and anxiety of what happened during the stay.
The amount of people hanging out in front of the hotel is intimidating as if I almost couldn't make it inside to check in. It would be nice to have people to hang out in the back of the hotel instead of the front so that they don't block incoming stayers.

Adequate residence for short stay.
Pros:

Size of the room was good.
Room and bathroom were clean.

Cons:

Booking.com disappointedly secured an ADA room instead of a standard double queen room. I booked this room in December for a March stay. Was not happy about this room selection.
Room was very dark due to inadequate lighting.
Inadequate sound proofing for road noise and hallway noise.
Breakfast was so so.
