The group in 406 partied all night, we called the front office not much was done. We slept great till midnight but that's when the party showed up, listened to it for 5½ hours & just ended up driving back to Oregon. I would have got better sleep in my truck.
Newer property, clean, friendly front desk, parking lot security
Paying $15/night to park, which I failed to see upon booking room. Paying to park at suburban hotels like this one is the new norm by greedy corporations and I usually refuse to support this but I didn’t check, so be aware. There’s a parking lot security guy which is nice but was also annoying to deal with when entering/leaving the property. The room smelled atrocious. I couldn’t even tell you what the smell was. Door lock broke leaving me stuck outside with load of laundry (no basket) that I had to dump on the hall floor as I made a couple of trips down to the front desk. Maintenance came to open door and left, didn’t say a word. The laundry machine is a ripoff as well. You have to add funds onto an app and of course they charge you a fee to load funds. Another corporate tactic to nickel and dime folks.
Hotel was nice. Location was good Front desk person was kind.
There was an event there and the restaurant/bar was not open completely. The bartender stopped working in the middle of his shift, the restaurant was not open fully.
It is a very nice, new Holiday Inn. Staff is great. Clean, comfortable rooms.

I like that the pool was clean I liked the food was fresh .
I didn’t know I had to pay for parking also I didn’t know I had to pay for breakfast when most hotels offer free breakfast .our room didn’t have a black piece to use the key card we where locked out of our room . The jacuzzi bubbles weren’t working. The bathroom for the pool was locked I had to call from the pool to have someone open it for us my son needed the bathroom.
You had to pay for parking lot daily $15/day. This is the first time in my life that I have to pay for it and I had worked as a full time floater and had to stay in hotels/motels at least 4 -5 days weekly.
The property was clean and the location was convenient.
I checked in. I received two keys went to my room. The door would not open and go back downstairs to the lobby. There were somebody in front of me so I had to wait to get my key cards , I go back to my room and the restroom lights are burnt out. How was this missed when the room was cleaned? I was only staying for one night so I left the restroom door open to get lighting from the hallway. .
