Friendly atmosphere, excellent food, good value for money
Pros:

Lovely unassuming, boutique-like accommodation / pub. Very convenient off road parking. Very professional staff, well liked by the locals. Chilled atmosphere - thoroughly recommend

Cons:

Nothing about the accommodation. The whole area is obviously in the flight path for Heathrow

Great place to stay for a night in the Richmond area.
Pros:

A very nice pub/hotel in a great location. The room had everything we needed and the free breakfast was excellent, served in an attractive restaurant setting within the pub gardens.

Cons:

The room was situated quite near an air conditioning unit or something similar so there was a bit of a low-level constant hum but not enough to disturb any sleep or rest.

The staff make it .. rooms are more than fine but the people made it special

Pillows in one room were poor but they immediately sorted a replacement out.

Very good, I was there to eat a special menu meal.
Pros:

The hotel rooms are behind the pub which has excellent food. The situation is in a very quiet location, close to Richmond Park

Cons:

The rooom was a little hot and I found not open the window, however a very large fan was supplied.

The price and one night it was convenient.
Pros:

Good location, staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom smelt badly of cigarette smoke. Could hear the kitchen extraction until after 9.30pm and smell the fryers through window.
For business people 8.30am breakfast is to late.

A little gem for a short stay in London.
Pros:

All of the staff were so friendly from the moment we arrived.
The room was clean and fine for our 1 night stay.
The breakfast was fantastic - a feast, and included in the price.

Cons:

Nothing that can be done, but the car park was very small - we had a space though.

Lovely stay. Despite parking would probably arrive before or after Sunday lunches were served.

Staff were lovely. They were friendly and professional. Evening meal and breakfast was excellent.

Parking was tight on a Sunday when we arrived and no street parking.
