Fairly disappointing
Pros:

Bed was comfortable although very dark room.

Cons:

Couldn’t handle all the stairs and felt locked in. Not able to negotiate the stairs with heart conditions so had to leave early. No instructions for operating TV or dining suggestions.

Relaxing room with short distance to restaurants views and waterfalls, very relaxing atmosphere.
Pros:

It was in a beautiful location and I loved the lighting in the room not too bright and had a beautiful bath after a rainforest waterfall walk and dinner with old friends. The person who directed me to my room was clear and good direction s and ample safe parking

Very pleasant - loved the gas fire and views!!
Pros:

No breakfast at location

Cons:

Quietness of cleaners in corridor outside room could be improved
The shower in disabled access room does not drain properly - quick fix - provide more bath towels or bath mats to sop up water

Beautiful room and convenient location, but poor internet
Pros:

The room was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. We also loved the restaurant downstairs - the food, drinks and service was 10/10

Cons:

The internet and the tv - Free wifi wasnt working; it asked to connect via the webpage (but the page wouldnt load) and the TV wasnt connected to the internet either; so we couldnt watch netflix. I even tried connecting my laptop via HDMI to tv and it wouldnt detect my laptop.

Also there is barely any phone reception there unfortunately - no fault to the owner; just poor coverage on the mountain.

Nice place, would stay again, but the wifi needs to be improved.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and had everything that I needed for my stay.

Cons:

The wifi is not great. If you are an Optus customer you don't get any service inside the room, you have to go outside to make a phone call.

Definitely recommend.
Pros:

Lovely rooms. Great facilities. Great friendly staff.

Cons:

The fall on the wet area tiles in the shower pools past the drain. Meant we had to get wet feet or wear shoes into the bathroom. But otherwise very happy.

Not really a luxury stay
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

No mirror in the room other than the bathroom. No spare coathangers - just the two holding up the bathrobes. Wifi and 5G reception in the room - nonexistant. I had to be out on the balcony to get reception. Complimentary toiletries - not up to the quality I expect from a luxury location. The mattress was not comfortable.

Overall a nice stay just a few improvements needed.
Pros:

Views were incredible and the the spa bath was so relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great - short walk to cafes and shops.

Cons:

The kettle desperately needs to be cleaned as it has mould looking stains inside. The room gets a bit stuffy even with the AC on. When you use the shower the lack of shower screen means you’re basically getting water everywhere in the bathroom.
