Pros:

Было чисто, неплохой завтрак

Cons:

Очень плохой персонал. На стойке регистрации молодые парнишки работают невежливые и неприветливые. Попросила поменять батарейки на пульте одного из телевизоров- так никто и не пришел. Когда завтракали, официанты очень громко между собой общались и смеялись. Где вы набрали этих молодых безграмотных людей?

Disappointing stay
Pros:

The location was good, a lot of green parks around and large supermarket and convenience store near by. Very close to one of the best attraction in town - “Kok Tube”.
The breakfast was very nice, a lot to choose from and good fresh food- we loved it.

Cons:

The facilities and rooms are old and poorly renovated. Some of the parts of the hotel are still under construction. Air conditioning in weak and we had problems with it in our rooms. The room was uncomfortable for a stay with a baby. Shower had no door so on every shower the whole place would get wet. There is a very loud music coming from a nearby venue during the weekend until 02:30AM it’s extremely loud and could be heard strongly in our rooms. Overall it felt like this place is struggling to keep up with times. We are visiting Kazakhstan once a year and It’s sad to say but we won’t be back to this hotel.

Cons:

Самый худший отель!Номерной фонд старый,за такую цену номера очень маленькие.Холодильник шумный,кровать неудобная,вайфай вообще плохо работает,а сервис на нуле!Элементарно невозможно дозвониться до ресепшена!Никому не советую!

Excellent hotel at a very good location
Pros:

Excellent location, clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was lavish. The staff was more than happy to give us a different room that was more to our liking. Excellent stay over all.

Cons:

Some renovations were ongoing but other than that it was perfect.
The only downside is that the family rooms are the end of the hall and the access to the rooms felt like an afterthought and not very appealing like the other rooms.

Pros:

Good breakfast, nice location.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was constantly hot, which made the room feel very stuffy and uncomfortable. We contacted the reception desk, but the issue was not resolved. Other than that, everything was good.
