Servis ilgi yoktu, otele girişte çantaları alan yada ilgilenen olmadı sorduğumuzda isterseniz bırakın biz aldırırız dediler, booking te havuz gösteriyor aslında havuz yok otel dışında var yönlendirdikleri ama ücretli, odalar çok küçük ve çalışma masası yok. Konumu ve kahvaltısı dışında ben beğenmedim. Bir de tadilat vardı konaklamamız boyunca bunu belirtmeleri gerekiyordu yoksa ben başka otel tercih ederdim

На долго в гостинице не остановишься, т.к. вещи некуда девать

Кто то в отзывах пишет что шумит холодильник, мы его просто выключили из разметки и проблем не было
Классный видовой ресторан на 26 этаж, было очень вкусно
Рядом заведение Eden с отличным бассейном советую, детей не впускают, после 13:00 шумновато работает диджей
Если искать проблемы то найдешь
Eden бассейн по соседству до 02:00 ночи развлекал всех музыкой, довольно шумно в номере даже на 9 этаже
По отзывам думал будет хуже, но остались очень довольны

I have stayed at Hotel Kazakhstan in Almaty several times, and I always enjoy coming back. It is a very pleasant place with an excellent location right in the city, making it a perfect base for exploring.
The hotel itself is iconic, with a unique atmosphere that reminds me of certain design elements from the Prague metro—which I personally find very charming, as I’m from Prague. It gives the place a distinctive character that sets it apart from more generic hotels.
Currently, the hotel is undergoing a beautiful renovation, which makes the experience even better. It is wonderful to see this historic building being carefully updated while preserving its charm.
Overall, I can definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with character in Almaty.
There are, however, a few aspects that could be improved. The bathroom lacks sufficient space for toiletries, and there are not enough power outlets, which can be inconvenient. It is also unfortunately noticeable that not the highest quality materials were used, as some elements already show signs of wear.
The breakfast is another area with room for improvement. While the selection is quite extensive, I personally find it not entirely satisfying. For example, there are no pancakes or traditional small fritters, which are quite common in other hotels across Kazakhstan.
Another minor drawback is that the rooms can be rather noisy, but that is the trade-off for staying right in the city center. The air conditioning is also somewhat loud. On the other hand, the stunning mountain views more than make up for these inconveniences.
Despite these points, it certainly does not stop me from returning to this hotel.

Tiny rooms, renovation was done very poorly, elevators are a nightmare
The staff at reception were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Room comfortable and clean with superb views of the city and mountains. And excellent breakfast, including cooked to order omelettes 😀
