Cons:

Unfriendly staff, no space in the bathroom to sit on the toilet, no AC in the hallway and elevator, very slow elevator. No pool close by for kids (only 21+ in a club nearby for an extra price).

- once arrived, no one helped with Luggage 3 big luggage have to go all the way to room
- reception stuff
- halivators under service and no signs just go with luck
- maintenance on going u have to live with it
- family rooms with very small pathroom ( informed them about it they said will show me other room to move, but noone contact me)
