Pool is small, but lovely tempeture & v enjoyable to lounge around in.
No water refilling - had that nearly everywhere else & in v hot weather it is really good to have.

The grounds are lovely and the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar on site that serves great food and drinks that can be enjoyed in the outdoor area. It is a short walk to the town square and other attractions in this charming city.
The gate is locked at night so you have to wake up the receptionist if you get back to the premises.

- L’eau de la piscine est trouble et gluante !!! Impossible de s’y baigner si on ne veut pas attraper de bactérie. La pompe ne fonctionne pas, l’eau stagne et n’est jamais filtrée.
- pommeau de douche cassé, toute l’eau va sur le plafond, impossible de se rincer les cheveux
- PAS DE FRIGO personnel ou commun (première fois depuis notre voyage !!!!!) et PAS D EAU Potable à disposition ????
- TRÈS BRUYANT, tous les matins un homme passe le balais à 6h du matin juste devant la baie vitrée de la chambre, à 5h du matin des gens parlent avec les employés
- aucun rangement pour les vêtement dans la chambre (pas de penderie)
- pas de lampe de chevet
- le billard a disparu

Hôtel situé à 5mn à pied du centre ville. La piscine est agréable pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée et le personnel est à disposition !
La chambre est plutôt simple avec quelques aménagements nécessaires.
Me gusto el sector exterior del patio con la piscina. La habitación fue cómoda pero sencilla.
Nos dieron solo toallones para el baño pero no para la piscina.
La atención del personal en la cafeteria / restaurant no estuvo buena. Pedimos comida a la noche y nos dijeron que no tenia pan para un sanwinch entonces reemplazamos por otro plato pero entendieron mal nuestro pedido y trajeron dos platos con la misma comida. Cuando quisimos avisarles que no era lo pedido nos dijeron que no lo iban a cambiar. Salio a la defensiva el chef de la cocina junto con el mozo. Recien al otro dia recibimos disculpas porque a las 21hs cierran la cocina (algo que no teniamos idea).
Cuando pedimos agua caliente nos la querian cobrar.
Cuando solicitamos papel higienico nos lo dieron de mala gana, y un paquete ya abierto.

We do travel by motorcycle and when temperature rise up very high we leave the hotel very early and arrive before check-in time....90% of the time people understand and let us in straight away..... sometimes like in this case let us wait till 2 pm....they gave us the breakfast menu so we could start to spend money.....we where served with breakfast Orange juice in a baby glass that was full of ice....at cost of $ 8....during our wait there wasn't any staff cleaning....finally at 2 pm on the clock the room that was right in front of us was ready.....no people leaving the room no staff cleaning.....beds and pillow uncomfortable.....we understand that there are rules but depending on the situation you can be accommodating and make your customers welcome.....

Manque de quoi se faire un café pour les lève tôt, il faudrait une bouilloire simplement avec du café.
Pas de possibilité de mettre au frais de l’eau ou autre.
Pas de fontaine à eau même si le bar propose des bouteilles d’eau.
Pas de lampe de chevet, une au moins serait bien.
De algemene ruimtes waren enorm mooi aangekleed en heel sfeervol. Het zwembad en de airco in onze kamer waren een erg waardevolle toevoeging.
De hygiëne in de badkamer kon beter, de kamer miste wat sfeer en niet alle medewerkers waren even gastvrij (met een aantal medewerkers hebben we daarentegen heel prettig contact gehad, dank daarvoor!)
Das geräumige Zimmer bietet viel Platz um anzukommen. Zu Fuß ist man relativ schnell in den schönen Gassen von Valladolid. Das Bad war ebenfalls groß und sauber. AC und Ventilator vorhanden. Direkt nebendran befindet sich ein schönes Café zum Frühstücken (nicht inbegriffen). Ausflüge können über das Hostel problemlos gebucht werden.
Das WLAN hat leider nicht bis in unser Zimmer gereicht. Der Pool sah leider etwas dreckig aus.
