Cons:

- nous sommes arrivés avant l’heure d’arrivée possible et avons posé nos sacs. Nous avons demandé si la chambre était prête et l’on nous a dit que oui puisque personne n’y avait dormi la nuit d’avant mais que nous devions tout de même patienter l’heure prévue pour l’avoir.
- piscine extrêmement petite et sale
- chambre peu confortable, juste au dessus de la cuisine avec les odeurs et les bruits incessants des 5h du matin.

Ens va decepcionar
Pros:

Vam fer-hi una estada de 3 nits el mes d'agost amb una criatura de 3 anys. L'exterior de l'hotel és l'únic que valoraria molt bé. Era verd, agradable, amb una piscina que venia molt de gust fer servir. L'esmorzar era bo, tot i que no estava inclòs i l'havies de pagar a part.

Cons:

L'habitació era senzilla tirant a cutre. Molt poc confortable. Teníem una reserva per una habitació doble deluxe, però ens van donar una habitació amb dos llits, a la planta baixa, sense mirall al lavabo, ni una cadira a l'habitació on deixar coses, ni un penjador a enlloc. No tenia gaire pinta a "deluxe". L'aire condicionat no va funcionar fins que el vam haver apagat i engegat unes quantes vegades.

El lugar es muy bonito y tiene un ambiente lindo, la alberca al llegar no la quisimos usar la verdad se veía un poco sucia, el restaurante riquísimo y el personal muy amable, a precios justos

Good value base for visiting Chichen Itza/Coba
Pros:

The family room was very clean and a good size with comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful and polite and there was free parking subject to availability. There were good food options from the onsite restaurant.

Cons:

No minibar/fridge in the room, so we had no way to have cold drinks (necessary when temperature was constantly around 35°C) without using the bar service.

Le bruit, nous étions collé au bar et le personnel du bar faisait du bruit jusque 23h en mettant de la musique etc …
Le ménage n’a pas été fait, nous avons dû demander nous même à faire changer la poubelle des toilettes
