Świetna lokalizacja, jednak oszczędzanie na personelu odbija się na jakości.
Pros:

Największym plusem jest lokalizacja, kilka minut od Baszty Rybackiej. Pokój ładny, rozmiarowo ok. Łazienka wyposażona w niezbędne żele, szampony - choć w niektórych miejscach warto by doczyścić fugi. Widok z okien na ścianę, ale przynajmniej ładnie pomalowaną 😉. Klimatyzacja wydajna, ale trochę głośna.

Cons:

Z opisu na Booking.com wynikało, że w cenie jest w pokoju "mini bar" z napojami. Jednak gdy zajrzałem do lodóweczki i tam znalazłem dwie butelki wody, jedną niegazowaną, drugą gazowaną (ale tylko z opisu) to byłem lekko rozczarowany. Akurat dostępność wody w pokoju to częsta praktyka, ale nikt się tym nie chwali, opisując to jako "bezpłatny, uzupełniany codziennie, minibar". W dodatku niby grzeczne, ale jednak ostrzeżenie, że taką butelkę mogę sobie kupić u nich za 7E, ale jak zniknie z pokoju to potrącą mi 14E... Troszkę poczułem się potraktowany jak potencjalny złodziej, a nie gość.
No, ale to drobnostki bo woda i karteczka na butelce to nie jest wyznacznik jakości hotelu, więc przy w miarę dobrej jakości pokoju i obiektu, czekałem na potwierdzenie tego na śniadaniu, no i tutaj niestety...
Zacznę od nielicznych pozytywów, czyli od jakości obsługi, bo zaangażowania i uprzejmości nie mogę nikomu odmówić. Do jakości jedzenia też nie mogę się przyczepić, bo to co dane mi było spróbować, to było świeże i dobre. Na tym jednak plusy się kończą, bo wszystko wyżej wymienione zepsuł brak zarzadzania i planowania:
- przez większość śniadania, obsługiwał salę tylko jeden kelner i to gdy zajęte było 4-6 stolików wystarczało, jednak gdy gości zaczęło przybywać zaczął się robić problem, bo zwyczajnie chłopak nie wyrabiał. Czekanie na ciepłe danie z karty, gdy zajętych było zalewie kilka stolików trwało ponad pół godziny.
- po niecałej godzinie zaczęło brakować podstawowych rzeczy jak woda, soki, mleko. Sernik był pyszny, ale tylko dostępny przez pół godziny, arbuz jeszcze krócej.
- kolejni goście musieli czekać na miejsce przy stoliku, brakowało sztućców.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und guit ausgestattet. Ich habe m Vorfeld dreimal betont,dassbich ein glitenfreies Frühstück benötige,hab am zweiten Tag nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen ein Brot bekommen. Es gab auch am weiteren Tag keine Alternative,oder etwas Süßes. Auch wurde mir nicht erklärt,was ich am Buffet essen kann.
Von daher war es etwas enttäuschend,da wir das Hotel aus diesem Grund ausgewählt hatten.

We would love to come back.

The location wax excellent. Central in the Castle District but still very quiet. The breakfast was great, freshly prepared and quality food.

Ruhige und komfortable Unterkunft am Donauradweg
Pros:

Die Lage innerhalb des Burgbereichs war sehr angenehm: Abends waren kaum Touristen in dem Bereich, es war sehr ruhig. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in dem verschlossenen Innenhof des Petite Maison abschließen. Das Personal war stets präsent, ansprechbar und sehr hilfreich. Der Innenhof brachte bei hohen Temperaturen willkommenen Schatten und schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr effektive, leise Klimaanlage. Absolute Ruhe, keine Straßengeräusche. Schöne Geste war das Willkommensgetränk, das wir im Restaurant bekamen. Auch das Drei-Gänge-Menü, das speziell für Hotelgäste angeboten wird, hat uns sehr gefallen. Lange Frühstückszeiten (8-11 Uhr), Büffet und zusätzlich kann man eine Eierspeise nach Karte auswählen. Kaffeespezialitäten werden frisch zubereitet. Die Anfahrt (mit Fahrrad und Gepäck) auf den Burgberg ist machbar und lohnt sich auf jeden Fall für diese schöne, spezielle Unterkunft.

Pros:

非常好的一家酒店。酒店是在一个老建筑，房间在一楼，大概6间房，有一个庭院+餐厅。房间很宽敞，热水器/空调都正常使用；每天都有房间清洁以及赠送两瓶水；有24小时前台提供帮助。
早餐不错，有牛奶、面包、咖啡，也可以在菜单上点其他的（不用额外付费）。
离渔人堡步行5min内，非常方便晚上去看或者早起看日出。不行5min内有16路车，可以去到佩斯那边，也可以去布达城堡那边。
唯一不方便的地方是布达区基本没有超市/便利店，但这不是酒店的问题。

Nagyon kellemes,csendes szálloda,az ételek kiválóak, a lakosztály elegáns.

Cons:

Amikor az utolsó napon rendeztük a számlát a recepcion ,az ott dolgozó ( amúgy kedves ,udvarias )
Úr megkerdezte, hogy szeretnenk e borravalót adni a személyzetnek, majd az orrunk alá tolt egy listát, hogy a borravaló a számla hány százaleka legyen ????
Szerintem ez nagyon zavarba ejtő kérdés amugy meg nem igazán elegáns.
