Convenient Location: Overlooking the Amsterdam Forest, our hotel is located in a green area in Amstelveen, with easy access to Amsterdam city center by public transportation in just 25 minutes. Guests can also explore the surroundings with Cityden bikes.

Great Facilities: Enjoy dining at Lucia's restaurant on the 6th floor, followed by relaxing on the spacious roof terrace. The nearby Amsterdam Forest provides opportunities for outdoor activities like jogging, cycling, and rowing.

The credit card which was used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly.
Please notice whenever a reservation is made for
• 8 or more rooms per night,
• 16 or more people per night,
• booking value from € 4,000
this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodations will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with this terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the studio, this includes cleaning of the apartment, bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms located on each floor of the aparthotel. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Absolutely fabulous - would 100% recommend
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Loved that although hotel standard we had our own kitchen area. Breakfast was lovely with à la carte choices. Very easy access to local trams into centre. We liked being in a quiet part just outside the city. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The double bed layout against the wall meant whoever was on the inside had to climb over the other person to use the bathroom in the night. This was no problem for us at all but some may find it a little bit tricky!

Pros:

Nähe zur S-Bahn, man braucht ca 30-40 Minuten in die City, relativ ruhig gelegen. Hotel und Parkplatz gut erreichbar. Personal ist hilfsbereit und 24 Stunden erreichbar.

Cons:

Man sollte kein Zimmer oder Wohnung im Erdgeschoss nehmen. Die Fenster sind direkt an der Straße und irgendwelche Leute rauchen, klopfen oder lärmen die ganze Nacht herum. Wir haben uns nach einer Nacht ein anderes Zimmer geben lassen , was wesentlich entspannter war.

Practical apartment close to public transport to city.
Pros:

We like the practical layout of the rooms, with everything you need there. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The futon is okay to sleep on, but hard to sit on (the back is higher than the front, so you slide forward). The temperature is hard to regulate.
