Convenient Location: Overlooking the Amsterdam Forest, our hotel is located in a green area in Amstelveen, with easy access to Amsterdam city center by public transportation in just 25 minutes. Guests can also explore the surroundings with Cityden bikes.

Great Facilities: Enjoy dining at Lucia's restaurant on the 6th floor, followed by relaxing on the spacious roof terrace. The nearby Amsterdam Forest provides opportunities for outdoor activities like jogging, cycling, and rowing.

The credit card which was used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly.

Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the studio, this includes cleaning of the apartment, bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms located on each floor of the aparthotel. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Super nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Großzügiges helles Zimmer. Eigene Küche mit guter Ausstattung .Nettes Restaurant mit Dachterrasse. Leckeres Frühstück a la carte. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Viel Grün in der Umgebung.

Cons:

Dusche ohne Trennwand. Man bräuchte trotz aller Bemühungen manchmal länger fürs Abziehen des Wassers auf dem Boden, als fürs duschen selbst. Wellnessbereichs und Gym (zu klein/Ausstattung) leider nicht sehr einladend.

Soluzione ottimale per Amsterdam
Pros:

L'alloggio è relativamente vicino alla città, i servizi di trasporto pubblico sono efficientissimi ed è molto comodo e gradevole raggiungere Amsterdam in bicicletta. appartamento spazioso e comodo per 3 persone, cucina completa di tutto e funzionale.

Nice stay for a family
Pros:

Ita very near the tram stop, this was great. We had a XL studio with 2 small kids, was fine for a couple of days. Everything you need is around. The breakfast, though not cheap, was very good beyond expectations.

Cons:

Cleaning could have been better, the place was a bit dusty and there was some mold in the bathroom.

Pros:

Appartement confortable et bien équipé. Le lit est escamotable et permet d'avoir de l'espace. Le tram est juste à côté c'est pratique.

Cons:

Le prix est assez élevé mais c'est peut être les cas de toutes les locations touristes. (150€ la nuit san s le petit déjeuner). 20€ le petit déjeuner, et 20€ par jour pour un vélo. La carte de transport 72h à 21€50 est une bonne alternative.

Expectations met.
Pros:

As our room was not ready on arrival, we were given an upgrade from a studio unit. This meant we had lots of space which was great. The unit was clean and the bathroom was beautifully tiled.
We appreciated the biscuits we were given on check out. Bar and restaurant was great. Short walk to tram.

Cons:

Needed to be very careful in the beautiful shower, as the tiles were slippery.
