Apartment is 5 min or less walk from Metro link rain. Restaurants at each end of the block. Quiet
Pros:

Super easy to get into apartment. I was texted the door code.

Perfect appartement voor een kort of langer verblijf
Pros:

Klein appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een short-stay of vakantie.
De ligging is perfect om Porto en omgeving te verkennen. Je kunt te voet verschillende kanten uit en de bushalte en metrostation zijn om de hoek.

Cons:

Een paar kleine zeur-puntjes. De douchekop zat wat los waardoor deze lekte en een deurklink die wat moeilijk deed. Bij melding hiervan werd dit gelijk opgepakt.
Het is wel wat gehorig door alle houten vloeren en trappen in het gebouw.

Pros:

Fantastična lokacija, vse glavne atrakcije v bližini. Kuhinja velika, z vsem kar potrebuješ. Čisto in simpatično vzdušje.

Morda sem pričakovala več prostora. Pa klima ni delovala.

no me gusto, es solo un depto para que te las arregles solo. Aire acondicionado malo y nadie aviso

lo único que me gusto es que cancelaron el parking que había reservado por error. Sin embargo, todo fue por whatsapp y si querías ver a algún humano, tenia que ir a otra dirección

Cons:

el depto no esta mal, pero el aire acondicionado estaba malo y solo había un ventilador que no ayudada demasiado considerando que habían mas de 33 grados de calor. Escalera angosta y bien parada, sin ascensor. Si buscas un hotel, esta no es la opción. Ho hay servicio de limpieza diaria. No volvería

Pros:

El departamento es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario, es muy limpio esta bien ubicado y quienes lo administran son de 10. Nos atendió Alina que nos solucionó todos los temas con la tenencia del equipaje.

No es un apartamento,es un solarium.
Pros:

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos ,tienes todo muy cerca caminando ,como la estación de tren de Sao Bento,punto neurálgico de la ciudad,bajo hay cafeterías y bares para desayunar y cenar todo un acierto si quieres cenar cerca del apartamento.

Cons:

Que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y dado que todo eran ventanales que le daban el sol todo el día,pues era como un invernadero,teníamos que dejar las ventanas abiertas al irnos porque sino al volver por la noche no podíamos dormir del calor.
La respuesta que nos dieron era que lo estaban mirando con la compañía pero tenía pinta que era una excusa y tuvimos todos los días las ventanas abiertas ya que pillamos una ola de calor en oporto a finales de mayo.
PD: menos mal que era una ola de calor y no de frio porque no me gustó nada que no nos dieran una solución al problema.
