Nina Local House is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! It was truly a home away from home and the attention and care from the staff was second to none. I will 10000% be back. This boutique experience was so special for my husband’s birthday. The location was perfect. The room was so clean and perfect size. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was amazing. We felt so well taken care of and recommend this spot when going to CDMX. Truly a spectacular stay!!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Nima Local House. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was world-class. The staff here are extremely attentive and truly go above and beyond. A special thank you to Anastasiia, Zaira, and Carlos, who made us feel so welcome and cared for us throughout our visit. The service felt personal and genuine, which is rare to find. It was like staying at a friend's house.

Our room was De La Lama which we loved. Since it is located on the roof, it is quiet and feels like a private sanctuary. We essentially had almost private use of the stunning roof garden, which was the perfect spot to unwind (me) and work (my husband). The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep and we were greeted with fabulous treats (herbal tea and small cookies) every night, even a relaxing foot bath one evening — small details that made a huge difference in the overall experience.

The kitchen team deserves a massive shout-out! Breakfast was delicious every single morning, offering a wide variety of healthy options. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. We asked for the box lunch a couple of times - it's delicious and included in the price, so make the most of it!

The location is in the heart of where you want to be, close to high-quality bars, restaurants, and shops. Nima have their own spa a couple of doors down which my husband visited a couple of times. It was fabulous. The neighborhood felt very safe and walkable.

Verdict: If you are looking for a small boutique hotel with a beautiful interior, top-tier service, a good night's sleep, and a great location, look no further. I can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Nima Local House Hotel was truly exceptional—a beautifully designed house in the heart of Roma, perfectly located just steps away from everything. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and every need was seamlessly taken care of by the attentive team, making us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Whether relaxing in our private room or enjoying the inviting spaces throughout the house, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. One of the highlights was sharing a bottle of champagne on the rooftop while watching the last light of the afternoon—simply unforgettable. The couples spa experience was equally perfect, adding to an already outstanding stay. We will absolutely be back—every single member of the staff was exceptional.

What a treasure! Nima Local is truly a home away from home. The staff and surroundings are a combination of comfort, cozy, and luxury. Evening tea, aroma therapy, snacks and a delicious breakfast in the atrium or rooftop are an added bonus. The detail to personal attention cannot be beat.
There are elevators, for those that are challenged by stairs.

My wife and I stayed at Nima House and had an extraordinary experience. The level of hospitality was wonderful. During our stay, Zaira, Anatasia and Carlos showed caring attention to every detail, always available for recommendations, responding quickly to requests, and making us feel like special guests. The atmosphere in the hotel is charming luxury, with an intimate feel and gorgeous decor, including in our room, which was serviced perfectly twice every day. Just an example: when we checked in, Zaira had us sample four or five different aromas to see which we preferred for our room. The location of the hotel, in the heart of Roma, was the perfect location for exploring Mexico city. We also took advantage of the spa early in our stay, which was an amazing way to get our vacation started. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an exceptional experience!

Casa Nima is an exceptionally lovely small hotel on a beautiful street in Roma Norte. The staff is outstanding and the rooms and other accommodations are beautiful. We had the most delightful stay here and look forward to many return visits. Casa Nima is a gem and an exquisite, welcoming place to explore Mexico City.

We had the most wonderful stay at Nima Local House. It was like staying in a beautifully restored private home in a lovely, safe part of town with many restaurants and shops nearby. There are not many rooms and as a result there are lots of options for privacy in the common spaces as well. The best part were the personal touches-the way the laundry was wrapped and delivered back to the room, the beautifully prepared food, the thoughtful postcard upon departure. I plan to return to Mexico City and can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Nima Hotel was simply amazing. From the knowledgeable staff, to the beautifully decorated rooms, to the delicious breakfast, to the overall serene and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive without being intrusive and always gave personalized attention like even leaving a book on Frida Khalo for us in our room the day prior to visiting her home/museum. My husband and I cannot recommend this place enough for the type of traveler that wants a small hotel with all the amenities. If I could give more than five stars I would!

This is a very special place…the physical building is an utterly beautiful space and a pleasure to occupy but the more amazing feature is the hospitality…this is not like being in a hotel, it really feels like you’re staying in your best friends home. Such a wonderful feeling.

Nima House was truly the highlight of our time in CDMX. We fell in love with the city, but this place made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and thoughtful, and the nightly routine made every day feel special.
Anastasia, Zaira, and Carlos were incredible hosts—so warm and generous with their time, and their recommendations were spot-on. Coming back each night to a refreshed room and our nighttime tea felt like a little ritual we looked forward to. The showers were fantastic, too.
Also, it was perfectly located. We walked everywhere. It was worth every penny.

My wife and I visited Nima Local House Hotel and loved it. We’ve stayed in Condessa several times and found the Roma neighborhood to be a joy as well. We wondered if the location would be noisy given all the nightlife around but it was super quiet. The hotel is elegant, clean and homey with gorgeous wood floors, windows, and a rooftop terrace that’s covered in lush vegetation and is where we had our breakfast each morning. The breakfast food was amazing - healthy, tasty and served wherever and whenever desired. Now to the staff - wow, just so incredibly friendly and attentive without ever being overly so. The rooms were kept organized and clean with nightly tea, aroma therapy and tea, you’re greeted at the door when coming and going which is both friendly and ensures the hotel is safe and secure, and overall they simply aim to please - and succeed! We’d stay here again and give Nima House an unconditional 5-star rating.

Incredible hotel. Gorgeous, welcoming staff. Felt very safe, well taken care of and no request was too much. Loved the additional wellbeing elements - aromatherapy in your room at night was such a treat.

I recently stayed at this property, and everything seemed fine at first. The service was good and the place is visually beautiful. However, my experience changed completely when an earthquake occurred during our stay.

What made the situation truly frightening was not the earthquake itself, but how unprepared the hotel was. There were no visible safety signs, no emergency protocols, and no guidance from staff. No one seemed to know what to do, and guests were left confused and scared. In that moment, I felt extremely vulnerable.

I did not see clearly marked emergency exits, an internal alarm system, or adequate stairways to evacuate safely. The staircases felt narrow and insufficient for an emergency situation, which increased the sense of panic.

No matter how luxurious a place may be or how attentive the service is, should never be optional. After this experience, I would not risk my life by staying here again.

It honestly made me question how a property with such serious safety shortcomings can hold a Michelin Key.
