ay una recepción en el edificio. Es necesario caminar 300 mts para llegar a recepción. El taxi me dejó en la puerta de la recepción, y tube que acarrear mi equipaje 300 mts por la calle.

Pros:

La comodità è la vicinanza alla fermata dela metro e del tram.

Cons:

Nessuno lavora alla reception e la pulizia delle camere è pessima. Si limitano a cambiare le lenzuola e rifornire prodotti per la pulizia personale. Per avere asciugani puliti dovevo andare rubandoli nelle altre camere quando venivano pulite e lasciate aperte. Non capisco perche ma a me le avranno date pulite una volta sola in tutta la settimana. Posacenere mai pulito e balcone sempre sporco.

Świetna lokalizacja
Kilka minut pieszo od metra i przystanku tramwajowego. Do centrum oraz na dworzec można dojechać w kilkanaście minut.
Pokoje czyste i zadbane, posiadają wymienione w opisie wypożyczanie.
Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.
Dotarliśmy do hotelu przed możliwym zakwaterowaniem i mieliśmy możliwość zostawiać tam bagaże by rozpocząć zwiedzanie miasta.

Cons:

W momencie naszego przyjazdu recepcja hotelu nie była czynna i musieliśmy podejść do hotelu OYA.

Pros:

Room was nice but wasn’t prepared for 2 adults but one adult for some reason

Cons:

Room wasn’t prepared on time but even thats fine. Not happy to know like no one sitting at reception. They not leaving any notes if even they having break. I supposed to go to another location with my all stuff to do check in and only then i had access to my room and u supposed to go back to hotel were i was booked in. We was with my partner long time on the way to get there. We wasn’t happy to not see anyone at reception

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel is close by a tram and metro stop. Prague's public transport is very good. We used the Prague's city app for it.
We came by car on the weekend and found parking next to the hotel. The area around the hotel is fee to park in the weekend till Monday 8 am.

Cons:

The pillows weren't that good.
