Authentic little Gem
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the rooms are nice, the staff was amazing and it is close to the beach and great restaurants.

Cons:

The neighborhood dogs barking all night and early morning is my only complaint.

If you’re looking for a hotel w no real amenities or view it’s fine.
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Pretty courtyard.

Cons:

No hot water. Towels very dingy and only had one for two guests. Pillows had plastic on them under the pillowcases so very crinkly to sleep on.

Pros:

Es un conjunto de villas o departamentos, no un hotel. Pero es un lugar excelente para hospedarse. Los huéspedes muy respetuosos y tranquilos. Viajamos con una mascota y nos dieron un buen espacio para tenerla. La habitación era muy amplia, la sala y cocina con todo lo necesario, un sofá cama muy cómodo. El persona muy atento y amable, Toña siempre estuvo al tanto de las necesidades de la habitación. Las instalaciones impecables. La alberca estaba climatizada. Sin duda volvería.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by a construction zone.
Pros:

Close to the beach, lots of free drinking water, good beach chairs and umbrellas, clean pool. They try to do everything for their guests. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy.

Cons:

There are two large buildings being built very close to the property so there was a lot of construction noise. It is such a shame as the hotel itself is so lovely

Great stay in Bucerias, close to the beach.
Pros:

The property grounds were very nice. We had a room with a terrace and a view of the pool. Pool was good. Location is awesome. Access to 2 pools.

Cons:

Construction across the street was annoying. Next year, you probably won’t get all the noise.

The location is great and the rooftop pool was fantastic.
The fellow that checked us in was very nice.
I’d definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The smell from the drains. (Not their fault)
We just plugged the drain in the sink and filled it with water. Zero issues after that.

Pros:

Great location, pool area, facilities, decor. Very much felt like a home away from home. The receptionist Rachel was gracious & helpful, & there were thoughtful amenities for the buildings, such as complimentary bikes & chairs for the beach. Bucerias is a lovely peaceful, restorative place. Perfect for a short, or longer-term stay.

Location is excellent. Pool in tower 2 stunning. Staff very helpful. It's a community feel. Very secure and safe front entrance, Face recognition is convenient. Beach chairs were a nice touch.

Cons:

One thing that would be helpful is a welcome package explaining where the chairs are, office hours, what properties you are allowed to enter, 10% off at Cafe. Shower was too cold. For the price shampoo, conditioner, kleenex, etc. should be provided. Our door did not close easily.

Cons:

The hotel had no control over it but the construction across the street and daily drilling, hammering, breaking of concrete, etc. really the gators the location and the vacation overall. Thank goodness there were three or four holiday days being Christmas, etc..

We really loved this place and will definitely book here again
Pros:

Our room was ready upon our arrival even though we were a few hours early. We were upgraded from a Studio to a full on apartment. Large fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher etc. 2 full bathrooms. Washer/dryer - unfortunately the washer wasn't working. Steps away from the pool - hardly any people using it and you have access to the 2 other pools in the other buildings

Cons:

My wife was disappointed the washer didn't work, but we hand washed some items and dried them in the dryer.
