Nhân viên lễ tân, bếp ok , bữa sáng đơn điệu, hợp với giá tiền. bảo vệ bố đời

Vị trí trong ngõ, ô tô vào được, tiện di chuyển ra biển, bữa sáng có sự cố chút, mình báo bếp đc xử lí ngay

Cons:

Thái độ của chú bảo vệ với khách là k chấp nhận nổi. Mình k biết quy định của ks là k đc thuê xe điện và mang xe điện xuống hầm. Chú bảo vệ nói mình với 1 giọng rất bố đời và k thể tiêu hoá nổi, cùng nội dung đó nếu chú diễn đạt theo cách khác thì dễ nghe hơn. Buổi tối k có bảo vệ trông giữ tài sản nên mình phải gửi xe tại chung cư cách ks gần 2km.

Понравилось, что отель соответствовал по цене и качеству(мы искали бюджетныей) , персонал очень приветливый. Уборка проводилась каждый день, меняли полотенца. Постель 1 раз в 5 дней. Отель не на 1 линии, но очень близко к пляжу. Рядом, много лавок с фруктами, Сапфир и Вьетхаус, фрукты немного дешевле, чем в центре. Нет толп туристов на пляже. Завтраки не отличаются разнообразием. Фрукты, картофель фри и курица, яичница были каждый день.

Cons:

Завтраки однообразные. Вентиляция в комнате слабая и негде сушить вещи. Есть запах сырости, но может это только в нашем номере.

Cons:

phòng thì tạm được đi đúng hôm kế bên sữa chữa nên rất ồn , sảnh rất tối tăm buổi tối đèn bật rất ít hôm mình đến sớm là không bật luôn không nhìn kỹ là không biết ks có hoạt động .

I DIDN'T MOVE IN THE HOTEL BEACAUSE UPON ARRIVAL OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY ALTHOUGH THE PRICE FOR BOOKING IVOLVED THE EARLY CHECK-IN. IN THE RECEPTION WE MET WITH FORMALITY ATTITTUDE WITH NO ANY INTENTION TO SOLVE OUR DEMAND. WE DECIDED NOT TO MOVE INTO THE HOTEL AND CHOSE ANOTHER ONE.

The day before arrival i was made aware that 1 off the 3 Seaview rooms was not available due to work being carried out, I was told the room would be an upgrade and side veiw, which I thought would be ok.
On arrival after dealing with the very abrupt reception man, we was told the pool was out off order throughout our stay which was very disappointing, what we wasn't told was that duing our stay they were major construction works being undertaken and would be woken at 7 am every morning with what I can only describe as a jack hammer on the ceiling above, this carried on throughout the day, every day! We asked about moving but was told the hotel was full, the lift was filthy from being used for transporting building materials in.
The breakfast was inadequate with 2 mornings having no fruit juice,coffee and only a rude lady to make an omelette.
Nevertheless to say we was pleased to check out.

Приветливый персонал, До пляжа 5 минут, высокий этаж, просторный номер. Когда возникли проблемы, персонал пошел нам навстречу и многократно улучшил ситуацию.
Ну и завтрак - шведский стол, прикольно)

Иногда бывали перебои с горячей водой

Constant noise during the day
Pros:

Location, very close to the shops and beach. Room was clean and a good size. Pool was quite small but clean and quiet during our stay.

Cons:

Noise. At 0730 the property next door started work, every morning except a Sunday. Very loud drilling, hammering not relaxing at all. The breakfast had an ok choice but limited on fruit. Cheese and jam would have been nice as only eggs for Europeans. The room had a few teething problems but we're rectified quickly.

- giường rộng
- Ac ok
- nước nóng nhanh

Cons:

-Ăn sáng hơi ít đồ ăn, mình tới ăn lúc 9h kém thì hết nước soup món nước, phải chờ. Muỗng hết, trứng chiên phải đứng chờ (mình thì đứng chờ trứng nhưng trứng ra thì cứ phục vụ khách Tây trước), cuối cùng mình ko được ăn món nước và trứng luôn.
- Check out time: ghi trên website là 12pm-1pm, nhưng mình late 1pm bắt trả 30% tiền phòng, vậy thì đừng ghi 1pm giúp ạ
- tủ lạnh mini rất hôi, lúc checkin đã báo nhân viên đổi nhưng khuya mình về vẫn cữ kì hôi.
- ko có snack, mì gói hay pesi... trong tủ lạnh cho khách dùng
