Maar bij inchecken om 21.30 waren er geen kamers meer
Ze zeiden storing in computer
Maar ze hebben het opgelost door een personeel kamer
En kregen 60€ terug

Das fußläufig einige sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe sind.

Cons:

Das Parkhaus ist eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten Angst um unser Auto, da die Parkplätze so schmal waren.
Das Hotel ist schon sehr altbacken, jedoch wurde einiges getan: neue Fenster und Teppichböden.

Sehr angenehm und schön
Pros:

Klein aber fein. Hab nicht viel erwartet. Wegen Preis und Alter des Hotels. Doch es war völlig ok und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und Serviceorientiert.

Scharmates Hotel in Sachensenwald
Pros:

in schönes Hotel abseits von Hamburg in einem kleinen Ort, aber es gab alle arten von Gastronomie und Geschäften. Sehr angenehm, war der angeschlossene Biergarten in dem man gut verweilen konnte. Die Zimmer und die Einrichtung war in Ordnung, aber verriet das Alter. Es war wohl ein sehr beliebtes und belebtes >Hotel, aber diese Zeit ist definitiv vorbei. Trotzdem kann ich es empfehlen. Es gibt ein angeschlossenes Parkhaus mit genug Parkplätzen.

Cons:

Die Gastronomie beschränkte sich nur auf den o.g. Biergarten, das Restaurant war wegen Personalmangel geschlossen, und macht nicht den Eindruck, das es wieder geöffnet wird...

Vor Ort ok aber wenig Parkplätze. Enttäuschende Kommunikation vor Anreise!
Cons:

Bei telefonischer Anfrage zur Frühanreise wurde mir schroff und unprofessionell mitgeteilt: "Das ist nicht möglich" Dabei hatten wir am Schloß einen Termin um 15 Uhr. Das Personal bei Anreise war hingegen supernett und hilfsbereit! Wegen der telefonischen Aussagen vor Anreise mussten wir auf dem Weg von Garbsen zu Ihnen gute Bekleidung anziehen da wir davon ausgehen mussten, keine Möglichkeiten zum Umziehen und Frischmachen vor Termin zu haben. Auch wenn das Personal vor Ort sehr freundlich war, bin ich enttäuscht und werde für die kommenden Fahrten nach Reinbek ein anderes Hotel buchen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen G.H.
