I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during my time in Busan. The room was comfortable and the location was excellent, very convenient and close to the beach. I especially appreciated the relaxing atmosphere after long days exploring the city. The staff were all very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, and I truly enjoyed my time here. Overall, I had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again 😊

It was ok but will not choose it next time .
Pros:

Near the beach , food store at the site, and close to Main Street with lots of restaurants and shops, street food

Cons:

The elevators and resepsjon ., main entrance you need to take elevator to 4 th floor to get to the front desk, then new elevators ( it’s 5) to get to your room . Unstable WiFi at the room .

Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean, and we had a pleasant stay overall. However, housekeeping could be improved. On our second day, the room was not cleaned and only the towels were changed. The next day it was all clean up n our bed was made. the very next day,, we returned quite early and the room still had not been cleaned yet. As we were tired, we only requested fresh towels instead of full housekeeping. The housekeeper was polite and asked if we still wanted the room cleaned, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but housekeeping consistency could be better.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was not very pleasant. The staff assisting us during check-in could have been more friendly and helpful. Better customer service at the front desk would have made the stay more welcoming.

Best Busan Family Vacay!
Pros:

We loved the view! Absolutely incredible! The beach being so close with great night life and food options was a dream come true.

Cons:

The lights under the sink mirror made putting on makeup a challenge, but not an end game.

Beautiful Hotel with a beautiful view close to many important places in Busan!
Pros:

The hotel is located very close to Haeundae Beach, walking distance to the Mipo Station for the Haeundae Sky Capsule, also very close to the metro station. We had the corner family room which was very spacious and with a thousand dollar view of the Haeundae Beach!!!

Cons:

Everything, we paid for a 4* accommodation, but got not even worth 1* service, or room. The staff were not friendly at all and sometimes even rude, the room was old and patch fixes everywhere, they didn't change the bed sheets, just straighten the blanket and threw the pillows on top, the sink was filthy like they haven't been clean for a long time, you can see the scum buildup around the faucet and glass marks everywhere, we have to sorted out rubbish to individual recycling or get charge 10000 Korean won per day, no safe in the room, toiletries were just shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. There was no coffee or milk, just tea. Very bad experience

Very disappointed and certainly not a 4-star hotel.

The location is really good and close to all shops and the beach

Cons:

Almost everything. The place appears to be a hostel for back-packers and it is so busy. Lift is always busy and sometimes the rooms at the bottom floors cannot get into the lifts and almost had to squeeze in, in order to leave the building. Lobby is basic. We did not use the restaurant. Some of the rooms had some left over hair on the shower floor, bed and one of the rooms smelled like the previous tenants were there smoking.
