Pros:

Estivemos no Palácio Tangará em um fim de semana chuvoso. O quarto era excelente, muito confortável. Cama excelente, lençóis macios, smartTV, bastante silencioso - pouco se ouvia do corredor, nada dos outros quartos. O chuveiro era muito bom. A academia, embora com poucos aparelhos, era muito boa. Infelizmente não foi possível usar a piscina externa por conta do clima, mas só a composição da vista foi bem agradável. As saunas eram separadas, masculina e feminina, por isso acabamos não usando. O brunch é gostoso, mas nada inesquecível. Valeu conhecer e descansar, mas não voltaremos e acho que não recomendaria.

Cons:

A banheira do quarto era apenas de imersão, sem hidromassagem. A jacuzzi junto à piscina aquecida tinha mau cheiro. O carregador do meu smartwatch sumiu após uma limpeza do quarto, imagino que por descuido do serviço.

O hotel é maravilhoso. O único problema foi que eu sempre reservo hotel com café da manhã incluído e eu fiquei muito chateada ao saber, no hotel, que, no meu caso, eu teria que pagar o café da manhã a parte. Foi decepcionante e aumentou bastante o custo da estadia, pois o café custa 190,00 por pessoa mais taxas.

Cons:

Achei que a água da piscina coberta poderia estar um pouco mais quente. A informação é que estava 30 graus. Porém, diante de dias de frio, poderia estar em 32, 33 graus. Faz diferença. 32 graus é uma excelente temperatura. Ademais, eu acho que não estava 30 graus, estava menos.
