Location and things to do at the hotel are perfect

Cons:

Checking in is a nightmare! Check in was 4pm and no 1 was aloud to check in early. Stood in line for over a hour to check in and by time got to room was rushing to try to get dinner and enjoy all the events (the reason why we booked hotel)!

Great weekend getaway!

The location was great! In walking distance to food and concert venue! Very clean and friendly staff!

The toilet broke in the room I booked and flooded the bathroom. We went to the front desk they offered towels and a plunger apologized and mentioned compensation but no actual action was taken or compensation happened. No alternative room was offered or anything.
My fiance cleaned all the water up and found a broke peice inside the tank to make it stop.

We've sent messages and emails both and have received no message back from the property.

Cons:

“Upgrades” and “renovations” just added some basic furniture to the lobby and changed a few things in the rooms. But the bathrooms still had dirty, moldy tile with dirty sinks and counters and old mirrors with the mirror finish coming off. Doors stuck. Floors and walls were dirty. It looks like they’re still working on things, so I hope they’re getting back to the bathrooms and simply cleaning floors and making all of the TVs (including the one outside) actually work.
