Ok stay.
Pros:

Spacious room. Comfy beds. Nice pool. Close to where I wanted to be. Lots of attractions nearby to focus on. Safe area.

Cons:

Room was on top floor and extremely hot: 82°F. Gradually cooled to 77°F overnight. When a toilet was flushed anywhere on the floor a loud whistling noise accompanied making sleep an issue.

The hotel shows significant structural damage in both public areas and the guest rooms. The staff at desk seemed confused and unfriendly, with the exception of the two women who assisted us throughout our stay. At breakfast time, we were told the service wasn't available because a kitchen staff member didn’t show up; instead, we were offered frozen food from the snack cooler. We requested a refund for the breakfast we had paid for, but no manager was present to handle the request. We are still waiting. The hotel is very poor quality considering the price charged. Its only advantage is the location, but there are better options in the area.

Coukd of been very good. But no breakfast and they didn’t offer anything but frozen food we have to pay for.
Pros:

Right on the Levy close to attractions

Cons:

We didn’t get breakfast bc the kitchen staff didn’t show up. We also checked out at 10 bc house keepers were showing up and when I inquired about check out they said 10-10:30. It was 11. Breakfast was a big deal for us.

Pros:

Horrible location for night travel. Parked in the aquarium parking garage twice. Couldn't find the hotel. Walked around the whole block twice before calling and getting help. Once inside staff member "chance" I believe who was very nice. Told me that I'd be charged by the hour where I was at and that I should park in another garage. That's when I decided at almost 10 at night with 3 teenagers that I was out.

I would stay here again without a doubt.
Pros:

I love the convenience of the property. It is very close to everything. The hotel was really clean.

Cons:

My only issue is that my room was not ready upon check-in. I was not ready until 6pm which was a bit of an inconvenience for me.

A perfect hotel by the river and activities…
Pros:

Location‼️
Near many things:the purple people bridge, aquarium, restaurants, stores, and the river!

Cons:

Street noise at night…which they have no control over…racing cars!
Lack of a view….but why stay in the room when you are so close to everything 😉

Cons:

Hotel was under construction and no gym - which should of been indicated when booked. Parking should of been included in the stay! Towels were stained and had to ask for more. Breakfast should of been included.
