Chris and all the staff were exceptional. the location could not have been better. we had a birthday while there and the team surprised us with a birthday cake. breakfast was really nice and good varied choice. rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. will definitely be returning when back in Da Nang.

5/5 Stars – Wonderful stay with amazing personal touches and 5-star service!
We spent a few nights at Sofia Hotel and had a fantastic stay. We were so impressed by the overall value and felt completely relaxed and well taken care of throughout our trip.
* The Highlights: The absolute best part of our stay was the staff. Their customer service rivals a 5-star hotel, and they went completely above and beyond by surprising my wife with a beautiful cake for her birthday! The front desk team speaks great English and always went out of their way to help us with local recommendations and transport.
* Food & Services: The breakfast is very good, offering a delicious mix of fresh fruit, Western options, and authentic Vietnamese coffee. We especially loved that they cook your eggs fresh to order exactly the way you like them! They also took care of washing our clothes, which was super convenient and helpful.
* Location: Perfectly located in a vibrant neighborhood just minutes from My Khe Beach. There is a 24/7 convenience store right across the street and plenty of excellent local food spots nearby.
* Room & Amenities: Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a nice little balcony. The only slight downside was that the room did not have a mini-fridge/freezer. However, everything else was so perfect that it didn't ruin our experience at all.
We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Da Nang. Highly recommended for their incredible hospitality

Great stay at Sofia Suite Hotel. The room was comfortable, the balcony was excellent, and the bathroom was spacious and very well designed. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, with a special thank-you to Bella for being so welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious. Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel that I would happily stay at again.

Goede locatie, dichtbij het strand en veel restaurants in de omgeving. Ontbijt is beperkt qua keuze maar met een gebakken ei op toast en vers fruit was het prima. Fijne familiekamer, als extra 1 lunchgerecht gratis en een 20 min massage bij onze boeking wat echt fantastisch was. Zowel lunchgerechtje als massage. Het was een heerlijk verblijf. Bezoek aan de marble mountains is een aanrader. De verkopers bij de ingang wel erg opdringerig. Chris vd receptie is zeer vriendelijk en helpt met wat je nodig hebt. Hij heeft ons geholpen met een nachtbus naar een volgende bestemming en een transfer naar Hoi An. Bedankt Chris en collega’s.

Convenient location. Very nice and helpful staff. Good facilities.

Good value for money. Close to the beach. You can ask the staff for help with transport service and booking tickets for major attractions.
