Outdated. Needs modernising and in most cases needs a good clean up. Beds uncomfortable. Room tiny. Wouldn’t take much to make rooms fresher looking. Wardrobe looked like on last legs. No towels, toiletries or tea cup for two when we arrived.

I only chose accommodation and the room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. The hotel in general had a homely, country atmosphere. I would recommend it to other potential guests.

Breakfast and dinner in the bar were very good.
The Duvets on the beds were too small and there were no extra bed coverings. Also, pillows were foam which were not good.
