Było naprawdę świetnie
Pros:

Ogromnym plusem jest odległość od lotniska (5 minut pieszo) i przepyszne śniadania - każdy napewno znajdzie coś dla siebie, serwowane od 5 do 10 co jest super przy wczesnych lotach :)

Cons:

mimo zaznaczenia prośby o posprzątanie, ani razu nie zostały wymienione ręczniki ani wyniesione śmieci

We got bumped from our Bergen flight and were offered a Scandic hotel room and said no!
Pros:

location was convenient

Cons:

The hotel had building works from 4am until 5:30am underneath our room. They were laying new flooring so the builders had saws and much hammering. I raised this with the reception staff who said the manager was on holiday and they also mentioned other guests had complained too. I asked for the manager to contact me when they returned. They did not do this.
I have emailed the following addresses and have had no reply. [email protected] & [email protected] Jens shows up as the CEO and says "...I have extremely high expectations for myself and I think it’s important to know your own strengths and weaknesses..." I think I have found a big 'don't care' weakness.

Also a small thing - I couldn't get a pillowcase for the pillow even though I asked and there was no coffee in the room which I had to ask for.

Pros:

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr sauberer Fitness Raum.
Auf eine Reklamation wurde sofort reagiert.
