Unexpected changes on my card that is refused to be explained

A comfortable bed, and really nice staff. The location was good, in a quiet neighbourhood but still very central.

Cons:

The nearby metro station, 34 st-hudson yard was temporarily closed, so it was a bit longer to walk with luggage to the hotel from Penn station. Otherwise, the location was great.
The hotel was a bit expensive, but everything is expensive in nyc.
