Pleasant journey!
Pros:

This place is very quiet and safe. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The staff of front desk and the door man are very friendly too

Cons:

The curtains don’t work very well. Cannot fully closed.

La amenidades, la ubicación y el departamento es muy bonito

Cons:

El departamento se oferta como "vista a la ciudad" con un precio alto, sin embargo, la ventana de nuestro departamento daba al patio de ingreso y era el primer piso. Los demás departamentos de arriba simplemente tenían vista al edificio de a lado, así que esto no es verdad aunque se promociona como tal

Toll, um den Stadtteil Polanco von dort aus zu erkunden.
Pros:

Sehr zentral und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Für unseren Aufenthalt dort war es perfekt.

Cons:

Nichts zu beanstanden.

Ubicación ideal. No use el desayuno

Cons:

Cuando llegué solo me recibió el guardia y me indicó dejar maletas solamente. Debió permitir concurrir al baño . llegamos
antes de la hora de check in .

El personal se porto inaccesible, había pelos en la bañera, no me dejaron hacer check in aun sabiendo que tenía costo de 50 usd. Que estaba dispuesta a pagarlos. Y luego ya despues que no me dejaron entrar con malestas sin bañarme, de un vuelo en la madrugada y cansada y con mi hijo. Me dicen que tengo que pagar un extra de 5000 pesos por que era necario. Y cuando hice la reserva en booking nunca apareció eso. Yo ya no contaba con mas dinero ni tarjeta por que uno va CONFIADO DE QUE YA ESTA PAGADO TODOOOOO y no hay que pagar mas. Tengo copia del baucher del pago extra. Y tuve que pedir que me transfirieran fondos pero y si no lo hubiera obtenido nos quedamos en la calle. Por que aparte se portaron super super groseros. Aparte que se hizo la reserva para 2 cuartos y nos dieron un solo cuarto.

Amazing !
Pros:

Las instalaciones muy bien mantenidas y con todo lo necesario. Lo justo y necesario.
La terraza muy cálida y el gym completo !

Cons:

La puerta de la nevera debería abrirse al revés pues está al lado de una enorme lava/secadora y no permite actuar cómodamente.
