We would come again.
Pros:

Position. While the property we stayed is a little tired with old and in at least one case 'distressed' furniture, the friendliness of the staff and the position of the property close to the river was worth every penny.

Cons:

One dining chair needed attention to the joints. Cutlery was very cheap.

Quick two night stay before flying to Spain from Brisbane Airport. We loved the views and the location of the apartment.
Pros:

Great location with excellent views of river. Close to South Bank.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable for two people but very comfy for one with the mattress.

Pleasant, relaxing, great location.
Pros:

The view was incredible, the apartment roomy and clean, plenty of space for a nine day stay for four people. We were a short walk to some fabulous restaurants, and easy access to cultural centre.

Cons:

Car parking was a bit tricky but manageable. I could have wished for a shelf in the shower.

Couldn't lock or open door to balcony with out it popping off so was loud night from traffic/surroundings, sleep was hard, no WiFi access as was told password was in room and unfortunately it wasn', asked for extra towell as was only supplied 1 each per adult and was told we couldn't have a second towell, food left in fridge from previous occupants, and 1 toilet roll for 2 adults to share.

Clean, near everything, big room with amazing view
Pros:

the view!- such a big place too, easy to get to th childrens hospital and it was clean - overall a good experience.

Cons:

The bed needed askirting around the bottom as the bed base looked a bit tatty - I didnt care but someone else might .
