Loved everything about my stay!

The view was amazing! Loved the proximity to South Bank and to walkways across the bridge.

Nice location lovely service at reception just would have made it overall perfect if the house keeper had a better helpf

The house keeper was very rude at asking us to leave our room even tho we had requested a later check out as we were waiting to move to another room. My partner had a broken arm and it was clear I would be taking all the luggage and she had a very snotty attitude. She could have also mentioned there was trolleys we could use. The reception lady however was lovely!

A short stay, it was convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

The view was excellent, the bed was comfortable. Great fridge, some ice trays would have been good.

Cons:

Having to wash, dry and put away kitchen items prior to leaving as opposed to putting them in the dishwasher and turning on before leaving, not everyone washes up quite the same, I found a coffee mug that had obviously just been rinsed and put back in the cupboard. Quality of utensils was poor, loose handle on the saucepan.
Having the option of putting the two single beds together in the second bedroom to make a queen or king bed would have been good.

Walking distance to Southbank

Cons:

Room 25 was old and didn't look clean, very expensive for something that should have been updated / renovated 10 years ago. Doors to the balcony need to be closed due to the road noise coming from the Riverside freeway.
There is no lift / elevator from the car park.
You are required to unpack the car before parking which is inconvenient particularly for the elderly or disabled

Great stay.
Pros:

Amazing location, walking distance to Southbank and into the city. Amazing views of Brisbane. Will be staying there again

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. And the neighbours were extremely noisy.
