Sa Pa discovery
Pros:

Petit hôtel de 12 chambres proche du centre. Nous avions deux lits larges et confortables. La chambre était simple et propre. Le personnel de la réception est très agréable et un grand merci à Phu qui a organisé pour nous une croisière à Ha Long et Thu Long Bay. C’était génial.

Cons:

Les rues de Sa Pa sont bruyantes forcément on entend le passage des véhicules dans la chambre.

since hotel is on main road, it will be noisy

Room in fourth floor back side will have less noise but no views, you might need to comprise either views or noise

Nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Nettes Personal. Der Betrag wurde erstattet, aufgrund von Schimmel in den Räumen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war voller Schimmel. Der Föhn verbrannt. Wir haben das Hotel umgehend verlassen und eine neue Unterkunft gebucht.

Not as great as photos and ratings indicate but great location and value. Nor 4 or 5 star hotel but absolutely a clean comfortable friendly great location and great value. I recommend at the correct price. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Pros:

Liked the location that the hotel is in, plus one of the receptionist that was very patient with us and helped us moving rooms when the rooms that we got were not good.

Cons:

- We ordered a sleeper bus for them and couldn't cancel it even if it was over 24 hours before the ride and the sleeper itself wasn't good by the bed that was uncomfortable and lack of WiFi they didn't have.

- we ordered laundry and got lots of stains on our clothes especially white clothes.

- heard some water leaks in other floors that keep woke us up at night.

- the WiFi in the hotel keeps disappearing time to time for no reason.

Great location and lovely staff!
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the view from the room was amazing! Room was clean and comfy, and the bathroom was fab!
