Pros:

The staff are very accommodating and can speak English well for easier communication. Also assisted us in our trip around Sapa which provided us a more relaxed tour around the place.

Los chicos que lo atendían eran amables

El resto.... habitación muy vieja, con muchísimo ruido del exterior, un olor a humedad desde que entras al hotel bastante desagradable, el desayuno malísimo, el peor de todos los hoteles desde que viajo por Asia ( ya van 4 años) . La ducha estaba rota y el mando de la TV sin pilas y tuve que decírselo dos veces para que lo arreglaran. Las toallas rotas. No te cambian la alfombra de la ducha y te dejan la misma toda empapada, también se lo tuve que decir para que lo cambiaran. No tiene nevera ( cosa que en Booking pone que si) , por lo que el agua siempre caliente. Tampoco tiene caja fuerte. En fin...no lo recomiendo para nada, hay hoteles mucho mejores por el mismo precio

I like the reception crew, They were very helpful.
And the room was wide and clean . The location was great and near to everything and to sapa center.

There were insects flying on the breakfast, there were no varities and small quantities.
