Pros:

I like the reception crew, They were very helpful.
And the room was wide and clean . The location was great and near to everything and to sapa center.

Cons:

There were insects flying on the breakfast, there were no varities and small quantities.

La struttura mi ha confermato la possibilità di fare check in anticipato così ho preso pullman per sapa qualche ora prima mi ha scritto che la camera nn era disponibile..e ho dovuto cercare un’altra struttura in piena notte …staff indecente nessuno parla inglese… dopo quello che avevano già fatto mi hanno scritto che se non comunicavo orario di arrivo entro 1 ora mi avrebbero cancellato la camera….. colazione tremenda. Le escursioni con hotel ha prezzi maggiorati

Das Hotel entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Bilder vermittelt wurden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Frühstück in Ordnung war und das Personal bezüglich eines möglichen Upgrades auf ein Balkonzimmer transparent war. Da wir den günstigsten Preis gebucht hatten, hätten wir für ein Zimmer mit Balkon einen Aufpreis zahlen müssen – das fanden wir grundsätzlich auch nachvollziehbar.

Allerdings war unser eigentliches Zimmer in keinem akzeptablen Zustand. Entgegen der Darstellung auf den Bildern hatten wir kein Zimmer mit Balkon, und zusätzlich gab es nicht einmal ein richtiges Fenster. Um überhaupt etwas frische Luft ins Zimmer zu bekommen, musste man die Tür zum Flur öffnen. Dadurch herrschte dauerhaft eine extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum. Bettwäsche und Kleidung waren ständig feucht und konnten nicht trocknen, wodurch sich ein unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer verbreitete.

Besonders kritisch war außerdem der Zustand des Badezimmers: An den Wänden waren bereits leichte Schimmelspuren sichtbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns daher im Zimmer nicht wohlgefühlt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mag es vielleicht ausreichen, wir würden das Hotel jedoch aufgrund der Zimmerqualität nicht noch einmal buchen.

They are kind but unprofessional.
As a female solo traveller I won’t recommend.

Lots of humidity.

Amazing and very enjoyable
Pros:

The hotel is really nice and in good location.
The view from the balcony is really nice even thought it was little cloudy when I was there.
Overall very clean and was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Only thing I would change is the mattress is too soft but that is all personal preference!
