Cons:

I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. It is advertised as pet-friendly, but when we arrived with our cat, we were told that the hotel only accepts dogs and were refused check-in. This policy was not made clear beforehand.

To make matters worse, it then took nearly a month of repeated calls and follow-ups to receive a refund. During that time, the hotel was extremely unresponsive to my requests.

I would not recommend booking this hotel, especially if you are traveling with a pet. The misleading pet policy and poor communication made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful.

Pros:

Staff is very nice and lots to do at the facility. One evening there was even a band performing in the lounge.

Cons:

Close to highway so can hear traffic all night, just shades not curtains so the room is bright as soon as the sun comes up, bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Was not impressed with much.
Cons:

The breakfast situation is horrible. Hardly anything to choose from and to charge for that?? Kinda ridiculous. On top of people screaming through the halls and people being loud in the room next to us until 3 am

Very satisfied with the stay.
Pros:

Friendly, clean; pleasant areas to sit outside

Cons:

Amenities in shower were placed a little high for shorter people. Would help to have a mat in the shower so one doesn’t slip.
