The team was attentive.
It is important to note that there is no elevator and you have to climb 3 floors to the studio room. Important if you are with luggage. Located down the hill from the train station, so going up by foot can be a challenge with luggage.

No parking - need to park in garage nearby - this should be mentioned beforehand

Das Bad ist sehr schön und entspannend Gestalltet.
Die Lage an der Limmat ist sehr eindrücklich und auch das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich.
Man ist schnell in der interessanten Stadt mit gemütlichen Caffes und vielen Optionen zum Einkaufen.
Das Frühstücks Buffet hätte etwas grösser sein können und die Auswahl war nicht bis am Schluss vorhanden.
Sehr nettes, unkompliziertes Personal. Ruhige Lage. Topp Ausstattung im Zimmer (Studio Apartment). Super bequeme Betten.

Die Wellnessanlage war super und nicht überlaifen. Wir waren maximal 5 Gäste.
Schade, dass von der Minibar ausser dem Mineralwasser alles kostenpflichtig war.
La chambre était vraiment parfaite, la literie très bien et le petit plus avec la machine à café dans la chambre.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The thermal pool was the highlight.
The bathroom and shower were 1 star quality. The kitchen was poorly supplied, no soap, dish towel or sponge! The living area had low beams making movement difficult due to furnishings not suitable to the space.
