Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views and impeccable housekeeping service. The cleanliness throughout the property was remarkable.
We were celebrating my sister's birthday, and the hotel staff truly made her feel special. The attention, thoughtful surprises, and personalized service were completely over the top and exceeded all our expectations. They turned a special occasion into an unforgettable experience.
Thank you to the entire Hyatt Regency Cartagena team for creating such wonderful memories for our family. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cartagena!

This hotel is just amazing. The staff waa just great, the pools, the rooms and all the areas were super clean. The location is amazing! I traveled with my kids and family and we all have an great time. We can't wait to come back

E além de me fazer pagar na moeda local diferente do que chegou em minha confirmação de reserva que seria em dólar americano…. E aí o valor de câmbio que praticam é alto e abusivo com o cliente
Ligging
Amazing experience, I would say the best service i've ever experienced in a hotel by far. Location, the pools, the kids club, the overall service of the staff, the food, the views, how clean it was, went with 2 kids, a baby and a toddler and it was a fabulous experience. I would also like to highlight the security around the hotel, travelling with kids its something we pay attention and loved overall security system, from personal to cameras in place. Lastly, the family pool has life guard, that was great to have! food amazing!

La habitación muy comoda, amplia, la vista fabulosa, el desayuno muy variado, muy rico, la ubicación del hotel cercano a zonas de interés es excelente, en general todo es muy bueno las instalaciones, las piscinas y los restaurantes, y sobretodo la amabilidad del personal hizo de nuestra estadía una semana genial.
La habitación con vista al mar espectacular, muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario, la decoración espectacular, ubicación extraordinaria.
Hyatt Regencies are always better outside the US, and the HR Cartagena is no exception.
Great, modern property high in the sky in the modern Bocagrande area of Cartagena.
Some highlights included the food. I had multiple meals here. Lunch and breakfasts in the Club Lounge. All were very good. Service was also a standout. Very friendly and there to serve. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Amenities including the pools were fantastic and I especially like the gym....fairly well equipped and with plenty of sunlight.
Would definitely consider returning to this property in the future.
