Pros:

The facilities are good and very clean, the club rooms, breakfast options, restaurant services, gym are excellent.

Cons:

the normal rooms are not great for the price and expectations, the carpet was extremely dirty and therefore we have to change room, ended up paying extra to upgrade to a club room.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

La chambre était très bien équipée et très grande. Nous étions au 38e étage avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et nous avons eu droit à un goûter (un grand buffet) moyennant un petit supplément dans notre tarification qui comprenant aussi un uprade de la chambre.
