El hotel me cobró la reserva de 4 noches que era la reserva inicial, por motivos personales me debí regresar antes por lo cual el hotel accedió a cobrarme solo las dos noches que estuve alojada con mi familia, sin embargo, a la fecha no me ha reembolsado la reserva inicial y adicionalmente me cobró las dos noches que acordamos, es decir, pagué 6 noches ! Me he comunicado con el hotel, y no me han dado una respuesta válida, indican que reembolsaron el dinero lo cual no es cierto.

Nightmare from Hell
Pros:

Everyone hate’s white people here. One man tried to show his penis to a child at the pool. The security didn’t do anything. They lie about the tourists taxes to rob you. The hotel smells like a sewer. The carpet is stained the fan is junk. It’s impossible to rest here. The tvs are junk. They tried to upsale a breakfast that smells like shit. The staff is racist and ignorant.

Cons:

I hated everything about this hotel. It’s a dangerous hotel with criminals and drug dealers as criminals.

A coomfortable stay with all the aminities right at a close range!
Pros:

The location in front of the beach and the view in the back of the harbor was a nice balance to see the different sides of Cartagena. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was very delicious and the choices between a continental breakfast and the local dishes along with the various fruits made it worth the price.

Cons:

The elevators were a bit confusing. You need to know which one you need and they take a while and randomly stop on certain floors. But these are minor things that I noticed.
