Das Hotel verfügt über sehr bequeme Betten/Liegen, die Gäste sind gut aufgeteilt in den versch. Stuben, wirkt nie überfüllt, das Frühstück/Abendessen ist super, bei Allergien ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, Parkplätze sind optimal aufgeteilt, sehr schönes Hotel Ambiente, gute Raumaufteilung, einladend, ruhige Umgebung, damit man wirklich abschalten kann, dennoch ist alles mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die hoteleigene Bibliothek ist eine sehr gute Idee, wunderschön eingerichtet. Ich bin hier gerne Gast gewesen!
Beim Nachmittagsbuffett sollte wenigstens ein Getränk kostenlos sein (zb. Wasser oder Kaffee"Automat")
Es war einfach großartig! Das Essen, die Lage, das Angebot.. alles wunderbar. Am allerbesten hat uns das unfassbar freundliche und authentische Personal gefallen. Bitte macht weiter so!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Klosterhof. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, stilvoll eingerichtet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das gesamte Team war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich.
Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Königssee, Jenner oder in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Das Menü am Abend war sehr lecker, für unseren Geschmack einen Touch zu ausgefallen, aber das ist ja bekanntlich sehr individuell.
Schön wäre es, wenn man sich Kaffee- und Kaffeespezialitäten selbst holen könnte, dann müsste man nicht warten.
Beim Abendessen wurde das Brot bereits vor den Getränken serviert. Auch hier waren die Wartezeiten auf die Getränke teilweise recht lang. Das gesamte Team war dabei jedoch ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, nutzten wir den Pool erst ab etwa 17 Uhr. In dieser Zeit empfanden wir es als etwas störend, dass ein Mitarbeiter fortlaufend die Liegenauflagen wegräumte und Sonnenschirme schloss, obwohl noch Gäste den Poolbereich nutzten. Dadurch mussten nachfolgende Gäste alles wieder selbst holen und es entstand unnötige Unruhe.

- Outstanding Service: We received a warm welcome despite a late check-in, and they even organized an off-hours dinner for us. The staff was also incredibly attentive and helpful with small requests.
- Dietary Care: They were amazing and very caring regarding dairy restrictions, which we truly appreciated.
- Amenities & Comfort: The rooms are absolutely beautiful, convenient parking, a great location.
- Wellness & Food: The Saunawelt and pools are amazing, the massage service was excellent, and the food throughout our stay was delicious.
Highly recommend this hotel! It is a gem for people with dietary restrictions.
Es ist alles absolut aufeinander abgestimmt. Mich hat es sehr gefreut, dass es eine große Auswahl an veganem/vegetarischem Essen gab und dies auch wirklich frisch war und keine Ersatzprodukte. Da alles so in dem Hotel eingebunden ist und so selbstverständlich, kam ich mir auch nicht komisch vor, pflanzlich zu essen. Alle sind super freundlich.
Super Frühstücksbuffet, schöne Lage
Die vegetarischen Optionen sind leider nur mittelmäßig und wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten zum Parkplatz und im EG, sodass jeder in unser Zimmer schauen konnte. Kaffee und Kuchenbuffet sehr ausbaufähig und nicht zu vergleichen mit modernen Cafés.
Einzigartige Ruhe - perfekt zum Erholen! Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der Außenpool ist etwas zu klein und bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen bräuchte er nicht beheizt sein.
