Die Lage ist gut wenn man mitten in der Action sein will

Katastrophal dreckiges und abgewohntes Einzelbett Zimmer. Versprüht den Scharm einer Gefängniszelle.
Es war mir so unangenehm, dass ich nicht einmal ein Foto gemacht habe von dem Zustand.

Beim Tisch ist die Furnier abgegangen und frei herum gehängt, der Kofferkasten bröckelt auseinander.
Die Wände waren eigenartig verfärbt und sehr staubig.
Das Badezimmer ist so winzig, dass wenn man am Klo sitzt mit den Knien bei der Tür ansteht und somit bei geöffneter Tür aufs Klo gehen muss.

Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig. Ich konnte nur mit Kopfhörer schlafen, da im Nebenzimmer dauernd mit den Türen gekracht worden ist und lautstark diskutiert.

Ich habe nur zwei Nächte anstatt meinen geplanten 6 Nächten dort verbracht und mir dann ein besseres Hotel genommen, welches dazu auch noch billiger war.

Hotel de 4 estrellas que parecían 2.
Pros:

La ubicación estuvo bien, céntrico y cerca de las estaciones de tren. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, a pesar de estar deteriorada.

Cons:

El hotel está muy lejos de ser de 4 estrellas y no cumple los estándares esperados de un hotel japonés.
1. La habitación tenía muebles deteriorados y las alfombras de las instalaciones viejas y sucias.
2. Todo el personal era extranjero, por lo tanto no eran la atención que uno espera de Japón. Inclusive una de las que atendía ME ARREBATÓ UN SOBRE DE TÉ DE LAS MANOS porque lo estaba llevando a la habitación porque entendí podía tomarlo ahi (no lo pidió, lo arrebató).
3. En 3 noches no hacen limpieza en la habitación, y si quieres que te cambien las toallas tú mismo tienes que bajar a la recepción a pedir nuevas y dejar las viejas. ¿4 estrellas?
4. El comedor no se da abasto para toda la gente que recibe, el último día la cola del desayuno era tan larga (hasta los ascensores) que no pudimos comer nada.

Pros:

難波にも近いロケーションで、静かで過ごしやすいホテルでした。
日本橋駅にも歩いて10分位で、便利でした。
チェックイン前にも関わらず、お部屋に通して貰えたので安心しました。
また利用したいと思います。

Pros:

조금 거리는 있었지만 도톤보리까지 걸어 다닐수가 있어 좋았습니다. 지내는데 불편도 없었고, 직원들이 아주 친절했어요.

Cons:

방이 조금 협소해 캐리어를 펼칠 수 없어 조금 애를 먹었어요. 그러나 가성비가 워낙 좋아 단점이 충분히 상쇄됩니다.

5.난바 역에서 도보10-15분 위치(가격이 저렴함)

예전에 호텔 스탭으로써 아쉬운 점
방 키를 맡기고 외출 후 돌아와서 방 키 달라고 했음
방 번호를 말하니까 이름 확인 절차 없이 그냥 줬음

창문이 따로 없어서 환기가 조금 부족
