My room was very clean and the staff was excellent helped me and everything that I needed breakfast was excellent
A lot of homeless people and people walked around with beers getting drunk and a lot of drug addict walk through the property
The pool and the hot tub, and the breakfast.
My room was ridiculously filthy, crap all over the walls, crumbs everywhere, fridge was dirty, hand prints all over everything, cob webs all over the ceiling and walls, the chair should have been thrown away it was so gross, the balcony was horrendous, spider webs all over everything, chairs, table, railing and walls were covered, looked like nobody had cleaned out there in years. Found 2 spiders on the sliding door as well as a cockroach on the curtains. And i when asked about getting a different room a clean room, there was rooms available that were clean, had to wait until about 4 or 5pm the next day to get a different room, and I really had to stay on there ass about switching rooms, it was like they didnt want to switch my room for some reason like they didn't believe me. And when I finally got a clean room, that they said had gotten a deep clean thats why it took all day to get clean supposedly, and it was clean but def not no deep clean clean. And then after we checked out when I got the deposit money back they charged me 20 or 30 buks for some reason, I havent had a chance to call about it and see why the charged me money, we were barely in the room maybe like 12-14hrs, all we used was a couple towels to dry off from the pool that was it, so very bad experience this last time ive stayed there before a few years back and it wasnt anywhere near as bad as this last stay, I should get a refund for the 2 nights we stayed there thats how bad it was...

Only they should not ask for security as the customer can check out anytime, while allowed his employee to inspect the room before finalizing the check out process.
As mostly international traveller can check out on time get in on time on flight or Bus or train.
I only liked the location
My room was filthy, there was crumbs all over the carpet and in corners as if they did not vacuum. I have a picture of a chair that was in the room which was covered in what looked like pet hair . Surfaces were not clean at all there was sticky stuff on side tables. Fridge had crumbs and hair looked like it was never cleaned. Cleaned the fridge myself before even using it and had to wipe everything with disinfectant wipes. My bathroom tub and toilet were both not the cleanest. Had to clean most of the bathroom myself, room even smelled musty upon entry. Saw a rat fall out of a tree by the smoking area and scurry along the fence. There was a huge dead cockroach outside the room by the stairs. There was an enclosed hallway to my room that had to be at least 90 degrees 24/7 because of all the ac units. Advertised as a hotel but was just a gated motel. Breakfast area was not even mopped one of the two days I stayed because I saw the same marks on the floor. Motel 6 would have probably been cleaner.

Close to a very good Mexican restaurant called Maya, A breakfast including eggs and sausages and our bacon was very good to get me on the road fast
