Pros:

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage, ideal für Städtetrips. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Zimmer Reinigung fand immer erst spät am Nachmittag statt.

Good hotel with large room and bathroom, getting a bit tired though.
Pros:

The room was very spacious with a large bathroom in a good location. The staff let us store our bags before check in was open. We left too early in the morning to experience breakfast.

Cons:

The walls and a couple of other things were a bit tired and needed fixing. The bed was quite hard. There was a lot of construction right outside so it was very hard to find the entrance to the hotel.

Awful from start to finish. No photos because too unwell to take any
Pros:

The interior was beautiful but exterior was a building site

Cons:

There was no restaurant or bar! We couldn’t get anything at all after breakfast. The breakfast was not particularly good a lot of flies on food.
We had arranged an airport transfer which did not arrive. Two disabled 71year old women had to walk with luggage to a distant carpark and find the zone for pickup. I called the car hire service at 10pm to be told the driver had to leave to attend an emergency but a lady was on her way in 5 minutes. We finally were picked up 90minutes later after 9 phone calls.
We were in distress, it was 37degrees , in a poorly lit dark carpark, homeless people lying sleeping on benches so we couldn’t get a seat!
Then arriving eventually a good walk away from hotel because of construction work, to find we couldn’t get a cold drink, there was a mini bar with no prices soft drinks only. Air conditioning was non existent and found out through Tripadvisor that you had to call reception to ask for it to be switched on!

Pros:

החדר עצמו היה נעים ונחמד. האיזור ממש במרכז ומצוין. הצוות ממש נכון לכל בקשה ושאלה, תיפקד מעולה !

Cons:

החדרים לא מתוחזקים מספיק -
הדלת של חדר האמבטיה\שירותים - לא נסגרה עד הסוף, ולא ננעלה.
אז העבירו אותנו לחדר חדש. זה היה קצת מתסכל...
