Had a good time but it was expensive
Pros:

Good location and staff were helpful.

Cons:

Rooms are bit small compared to my previous stay at another Novotel.
Not sure how the price was quoted and calculated. We thought we booked at good price for 3 nights. It when we were about to pay noticed that price was different on different days. 1st night was cheaper and paid nearly double price. Feel bit cheated as generally price is same for 3 nights.
Would think twice before booking through booking.com and Novotel hotels. This never happened before when I booked through booking.com

Not bad for exploring the city.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and it’s close to the city Center and most of the places where one can hangout.

Cons:

Don’t visit this property on a weekend, couldn’t sleep the whole night due to the music coming from the two to three party venues located right inside and next to the hotel.

crazy rainy season !
Pros:

facilities, cleanliness and warmheartedness of staffs.

Cons:

one of my family has missed the flight and unable to join with us at hotel, and I requested for cancel of his bed and make all 3 members in one room with extra bed, and it was not possible at this hotel.
