Cons:

The property could have been better sign posted from the main road.

Breakfast was always incredibly busy so not enjoyable and there was not enough replenishment of food selection.
A coach load of people entered for breakfast as well as regular hotel guests so far too busy. As a result of this poor experience we never went for breakfast again. We bought supplies from adjacent supermarket and had breakfast in our room.
